Anyone thinking of using the Yorkie Splash and Shine products might want to read up on it a bit. It is an all natural product and does not act like many of the regular products on the market. Because it does not have the detergents that a regular shampoo has it takes some time for your dog's skin to adjust to the natural ingredients. Usually at the second use of the shampoo you will see a big difference in your dog's coat and skin as they adjust to not being stripped by detergents. Detergents actually make your dog's skin over produce oils because of the skin being dried out by the detergents so they appear to get dirty faster than they should.
We have been really impressed with how Gracie's coat has improved each time we use it. I always have best results by shampooing twice and then applying the YSS conditioner to her ends. She never itches anymore and the shine is amazing. She used to get stringy looking after only a couple of days after her bath but now she looks and smells great for over a week. | So glad that you told this,,I was disappointed when I used it on Miss Prissy the day before her spaying, it was the first time, her hair didn't smell good like it did with the Bounce shampoo but the Yorkie Sheen spray smells deelish.
I did like how it lathered though and it seemed like it needed more than than the normal of the conditioner. Anyway I will keep using it since I want her hair to be beautiful.:) |
