He is so cute. You could put a small topknot on top of his head and keep his bangs short. Growing them out can take a really long time and I have a feeling it will take time to get him used to having anything in his hair. Just try distracting him after you put something in his hair and keep it loose so it doesn't pull or feel uncomfortable. Play with him and get him interested in something else. He will notice eventually and if he takes it out you can try again later. Can't wait to hear how you two make out once he is finally home. |
I love happy endings. Congratulations. Your guy is only two days older than my new family member, Jilli Ann. If you go by weeks, then he was six months old Feb. 24. Is he spayed? If not, you may want to talk to what Vet. you have chosen to care for him to set up a good age to have this done, or he may start marking in the house. I am so happy that he's going to have a wonderful life now. Bless you!! |
I was wrong, he was FIVE months on the 17th. Wish I drank coffee because I think I need some caffeine. Think I'll get a hot cup of tea now. ;) |
