Yes I did pay. When I walked in they had my bill ready to go to the register and take care of that while they were finishing up Ciarra. Bentley was finished but they were holding him because I had other items in my hand. It wasn't until we got in the car and drove home that her hair put in a bow looked whispy and different. Thats when I took it down and saw it was thinned out so badly. This is the manager of grooming as well and she has been doing Ciarra's hair for a year. When I called I said you must have let someone else cut her... they said no. Then they pretty much are saying I am lying since the store manager said they watched the video and said the topknot was not touched... No one will respond to me not even the coroporate office. I just dont know how to let it grow now.... would it be better for me to try and tip some of it or leave it alone. I am just sick over it. |

Just let it grow. I know how heart breaking it is but if you want it back the way it was don't touch it. I was so tempted to just trim Gracie's bangs after they did that to her topknot. It had taken a long time to grow it out and then they went and cut it so I couldn't get it all in the grooming band. I knew I wouldn't be happy with it cut short so I left it alone and slowly it grew back. I don't know what the deal is with groomers these days. They truly don't seem to care about what they are doing. |

I'm not sure if they have a facebook but will check. I have continued to call, go in there with Ciarra, called the coroporate office and I have been dismissed. Nothing and once the manager called and said he and the groomer watched the video they said there was nothing showing she did that. When I went in to grooming I asked the other groomer about the cameras, she looked surprised and said we have a camera but I highly doubt they could see what the lady cutting Ciarra's hair did. Hmmm.... another groomer said oh I heard the entire toplknot was matted. Really??? Sounds as if they are trying to get a story together. Thanks for the input hun. |

I wouldn't want to go back to them either. They should at least admit responsibility for making a mistake. I never boughtfrom them, but here is a link of an online retailler that sells Halo, and there is no shipping charge. I don't blame you for being so upset about this. I would wait and let it grow an inch or two, then trim it up. I am sorry this happened because I know how REALLY mad I would be. Getting your money back is not really going to solve the problem and I am not sure how much satisfaction it will even bring. I personally would let it go and look to the future which I would not be able to do if I was trying to get them to pay for what happened. One thing I would most definitely do is go on every web site I could find to review that groomer/salon. I would be brutally honest so hopefully others are warned of their poor technique, poor attitude and poor professionalism. |
