Every one please laugh... Hello everyone I just want to ask if everyone is having a good day.. I feel everyone should right now stop and think about one funny thing that has happen today and post it..because we all need a laugh.. I have been having a pretty funny day because when you're off funny things tend to happen to you..I think life is to short to fight and be angry.. so I'll start : Today I started the morning like every morning got up washed my face when to check my son shower and give Brandy bfast... but I couldn't find her.. I found it finda funny because I crated her because she just got spayed.. I looked everywhere up and down and still couldn't find her so I as DH were did he put her.. and he said you mean her.. he laughed and said she has been following you around since you called her..lol she looked at me like weres my food woman... I thought it was pretty funny because I must have been having a clueless moment this morning..lol who knew.. |
Well my funny thing is something that happens every morning but it is cute and funny. I have a cat that has to have a morning fix of coffee. After I am done with my coffee I usually leave some in the cup that I dont finish. Any way she will jump on the counter and stick her paw in then lick her paw clean and do it over and over untill shes had her fill of coffee. My MIL says we need to video it and put it online and let it go viral |

LOL...Mia is my shadow, also...sometimes when I am looking around for her to make sure I do not step on her (I was 'cat trained' already lol), she can be so hard to see because she is always directly behind me. lol I hope this is not a 'bad' story to tell...it was certainly amusing to us when it occurred Monday evening. DH is usually home from work before me with enough time to take Brody and Mia for a walk outside, feed kitties and puppies, and sometimes start dinner. The "Mommy's Home!" phenomenon at our house always brings much excitement, and since they know the sound of the truck and my motorcycle, and outside will run to the driveway but inside, bounce, hop, dance, yip, err, whine, and run to the door, etc. DH always knows when I am home! lol Monday night, they were outside as usual doing their 'thing' when they heard our truck. Knowing Mommy was home, they lit out at light-speed-plus-Yorkie-squared running to the driveway to meet me. I saw a kitty ' out on watch' in the driveway first, then saw a flash of Yorkie-ness or two from the side out of the corner of my eye , and stopped the truck immediately...as I always do when any of my babies are around. When I opened the door, Mi was there first...but there was a reason. Brody had been in 'mid-poopie' when the truck first appeared and when Mia lit out, so did he...still in 'mid-poopie-crouch' position...still poopie-ing on-the-run! DH couldn't even pretend to catch them...what with rolling on the ground with laughter! It was difficult enough for him to tell me about it...he had to stop talking to laugh. It was the first time he'd seen a dog 'multi-task' in that way! :D Hope this was not considered 'in bad taste' or a poor excuse for humor!:p:D |

I s'pose I'd also have to admit, then, that my youngest son at about a year or two old LOVED coffee and would 'steal' it out of my cup if I wasn't looking. Worried about the heat...I like my coffee straight out of the brewer...lol...I finally resorted to fixing him 'coffee milk' which was mostly milk slightly flavored with coffee...and this was a child who would swing from the ceiling while anesthetized...like me when I was growing up, if you can believe my 'lying' mom! Come to think...I've never quite outgrown that...lol |

Okay...one more... Our last dog was a large (120+ lb.) black Shep/Lab...one of the sweetest, smartest dogs you could ever hope to meet. He was also a great assistant and companion. One day, several years ago, my DH and oldest son were working on vehicle brakes in the driveway. DS was also eating some cookies. He was down to his last cookie when DH required his assistance, and DS, needing to do something with the last cookie to free his hands, asked Ziggy if he would "hold this" for him...which helpful Ziggy was only too happy to do. After DS completed DH's assigned task, DS asked Ziggy for his cookie back. Ziggy, only too happy to oblige, walked to the side of the driveway, onto the grass, and 'hunched over' into a 'poopie crouch' in a failed attempt to comply with the request. DH and DS 'bout killed themselves with laughter, and as usual, when these things happen, no one was filming the spectacle! lol Not going for the 'bad taste' record, here...lmao :p |
