Copper is in the hospital
 
Please pray for my little Copper. He has been vomiting and other stuff since yesterday. He seemed a little better today, but then took a turn for the worse this evening. My husband and I just got back from the emergency hospital. They are keeping him overnight to give him fluids and meds. The vet said his temp was down some and they did blood work on him. His weight is the same as usual. He has been eating which is why I didn't panic about this yesterday. I thought maybe he just ate something that didn't sit well with him. I have been crying all evening. I don't want to lose my buddy. Thank you in advance for any prayers. :aimeeyork

Hon, we're talkin about a fur child here, in my book, that is no less than a skin child, of course we care, we all care, and we're all right here with you prayin that God will carry you both through. Hugs to you, it sure sounds like you need some right about now.

I am so very sorry to hear that Copper is ill :( I can only imagine how you must be feeling. I know how deeply we love our little furbabies. Just remember that Copper is young and clearly has been very well loved and cared for and because of you being such a good mom to him he has the very best chance of recovering quickly. I know that it is hard to think positive when faced with the illness of one you love so much but you took charge of the situation very quickly and I am sure he is getting great medical care.

Know that I am sending prayers for his speedy recovery. Take care of yourself, try and get some sleep and please let us know if you hear anything from the vet.

I am sorry Cooper is ill. Will keep him in my thoughts and prayers. Hopefully he will be much better in the morning after getting some IV fluids.

Sending prayers for Copper and for you. You are such a good mommy getting him into the ER before it got worse. Hoping and praying he is much better this morning after getting IV fluids. Praying for good results on his blood work too.

Oh dear goodness Lynn, I am so very sorry to hear about Copper. I am praying that he pulls through this soon.
