Couv was neutered and was groggy that day... But the next day, he was back to his regular crazy self. |

Gizmo was sleepy that night and was fine within a week. The vets gives you detailed instructions. Apparently it's much easier on the fellas than it is the ladies. No jumping or anything that can open a stich...but he'll be running around again in no time :) |
So Dex is still very sleepy, he ate some dry food, drank some water, sleeps a lot. Has not pooped since we piked him up yesterday at 4PM. He should have gone by now. We had to put a small collar to keep him away from the stitches. We take turns sitting with him, but at some point must sleep, so we keep the clollar on when we can't watch him. |
Gulliver whined and cried and carried on at the vet's office when I picked him up, you'd have thought they did the neuter with no anesthesia and a rusty butter knife:rolleyes: Once I got him home, though he was fine. His only concern was getting out of his kiss-e collar. |
Dex finally starting acting like himself about 3PM. We have 10 more days for the antibiotics, just hope it does make him have accidents in the house. |

Glad to hear Dex is feeling better! |
Any chance Dex stayed over night at the vets??? Often when a pet stays over for a procedure the office closes at 7 and sometimes won't open until 7 or 8... The next morning. The pups usually cant hold it that long and go in The crate. I've been told this can cause a minor memory blip with training and going in the house... Happened to Luna and we just had to take a step backwards with the crate training. Within a week everything was fine. |
NO Dex did not stay overnight. He has been fine since Sunday. Getting into trouble as usual. Started pulling the wallpaper off the wall..... |
