| Trixie needs a dental! Ugh....Trixie will be giong in on Wednesday for her dental cleaning. The vet will be taking blood before the procedure to make sure that all is okay for the anesthesia, but I am still nervous. She will use the same anesthesia protocol that she used for her spay which Trixie tolerated really well....I will have to double check what that was though. Now I just have to hope and pray that everything goes well on Wednesday and that I can keep her teeth cleaner from now on. Please keep my little Trixie in your heart and prayers on Wednesday that she does fine. I don't know what I would do if I ever lost her.

| Tessa, my 3 year old yorkie, is in need a dental too. We've been putting it off since we can't quite afford it now. However I hope a regular application of Petzlife Oral Gel will hold us over. Good luck Trixie. We will keep you in our thoughts |

| Awww, I'll be thinking of Trixie on Wednesday!! Good luck!! I know how nerve-wrecking it is. Jackson had his 1st dental in November, but he was also having surgery on his canine tooth, so it was even more worrisome (and more expensive!!) but I am sooo glad I did it. Now that his teeth are like brand new again, I have been keeping up with them too. So worth it!

| Trixie will do great! Try not to worry, she's a healthy dog and it should go off without a hitch. Good luck!

| Awww Jack's little girlfriend is getting her teeth cleaned! He is wondering if she is doing that for their Valentine's date. I told him no, that she just needed them cleaned and he still thinks she's doing it for him... LOL I will definitely keep little Trixie in my thoughts and prayers on Wednesday for her as she is having this procedure done.

| She'll do very well. In fact, she'll do better than you will. We just had one done on 12/16. I worry everytime, but she always comes home very drugged, but with sparkling white teeth. I'll keep Trixie in my prayers.

and Bear too! ♥ Donating Member | I'll be praying for Trixie on Wednesday! Ziggy had the neuter and dental done a couple weeks ago and I was so surprised at how well he did. Monday's my day for worrying. Bear will be going in for his neuter. Good luck!

| Good thoughts for Trixie, I will be thinking of her on Wednesday. I need to get Sophie Kate checked next time she is at the Vet. I do brush her teeth but only as good as a dog will let a human brush. I had Avery, my cats dentals done over Christmas, poor guy had 4 bad teeth that had to be pulled. The good news is the slowing down I attributed to age was probably his teeth hurting, since the proceedure he is so much more active. Good luck and keep us posted.

| Thanks for the good wishes and prayers everyone....I'm trying to keep my mind off it, at least until Wednesday is here. The vet said bring her in around 9 and that she could go home early evening I work about 5 mins from home and my vets office so I could be there in a jiffy I had too. My vet mentioned some spray that they use in Canada....that she will be gettting soon.....I think maybe it Petzlife....to keep the plaque off. I think I will just have to be better at brushing her once or twice a day so that it doesn't build up at all. Trixie said that you could tell Jack that she is def having her teeth cleaned for her date....it's important to have fresh breath and white teeth
