Tapping My Fingernails Patiently On The Desk.... 3 Attachment(s) LOL! Well Katie Scarlett is at the vet having her spay surgery done. They are also going to do the microchipping while she is in too. Mommy is a nervous wreck! I'm trying to work at my desk, but am so distracted!!! I hope this day goes by fast and I can bring home my baby to pamper her! My husband keeps saying 'Aymee, it's going to be ok. They do this every single day.' And I say 'well they don't do it every single day to MY baby!' Tee hee! I did get one card finished up though. I thought I'd share since I had to get my fingers moving faster. I thought typing might occupy me. ;) Have a good one y'all! Aymee :) |
You are so crafty!! I wish I can make things like that. Well I take that back I wish I could make things and have them turn out as well as all your projects LOL!! KS will do just fine! I know how stressful it is. Just keep your mind busy and soon enough you will get that call! Are they going to call you when they are done? They did that with Peanut- That way you are not stressing all day :D Are you prepared for her to come home? It is always nice having back up- you never know how they are going to react after the surgery! Peanut didn't eat for a couple days, well he didn't eat his dry food- so I fed him boiled chicken, and a little baby food :D I also had the heating pad on him- (low setting with a blanket over it) Seemed to help him a lot! Oh I also gave him some Pedialyte! All those things really helped him feel better :D |
You do beautiful work, even when you're worried!! ;) I know, we mommies worry about these little ones! I will say a prayer for your little one. I do the same thing, try to keep my fingers busy. |
That is a beautiful card. It is only natural to worry. I certainly am a worrier, too, but we've never had any problem in the many years we've been through this and the numerous teeth cleanings. I hope KS is home with you very soon. She'll be a little groggy though.:) |
I know how you feel. The time seems to go by so slowly. I'm sure little Katie Scarlett will be just fine. Can you call the vet for an update? |

It is really nerve-wracking when your precious little one is in for any procedure. Wishing her a speedy recovery....hope you hear soon that she is doing just fine! BTW...your card is beautiful - do you use Stampin Up?? My SIL makes cards etc also and that is what she uses. |
