I just read this whole thread from beginning to end. I join only a few weeks ago so missed it when it was all going on. I'm sitting snivelling in the car. I do love a happy ending. Yeay yorkies win again.

I just came upon this thread but all I wanted to say is CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR NEW BABY!!! :D

I'm glad it worked out. And yes...please post pics. :)

I think it means more because Reese is a gift from him.

When I got my little girl I just brought her home in a blanket. All my hubby had to say was "that better not be a cat" LOL ;) Oh he baby's her big time!

I started reading this thread but got distracted and didn't finish it. I was gonna caution about the "asking forgiveness over permission." I did just that and I STILL hear about it. It's been almost 2 years.

But gosh I LOVE a happy ending! Congrats! And I love the name. Can't wait for pictures. Yorkies are so cute as puppies!

If you can get your husband to go with you to see the little doll he will fall in love with her, she'll steal his full heart and soul. It's funny my husband said after we put Miss Dallas our Mini-Pin to sleep 12 years ago that no other doggie would get his heart, our little girl Prissy has and he thinks Bentley his dog is the best thing going.

Ha, I left my husband and the first thing I did was he t my baby that I so longed for. I would much rather have her than a husband so life is finally good. And that was after being married to him for 26 years, he was always very controlling.

I would come home and look for Pnut and couldnt find him, I would call DH and he would say oh ya I have him, we will be home later :rolleyes:

That's how that turned out LoL. Now DH loves Pnut to death!! I even tricked him the other day and said "what if I wanted to get rid of Pnut, what would you do" He said " I wouldn't get rid of him if you didnt want him you would just have to deal with it" :D That made me feel better bc the first month of having Pnut DH kept asking for his papers so he could sell him :thumbdown LoL

I hope you are able to talk your hubby into it. I think a Yorkie would be great for you! Peanut has brought me tons of love and happiness!!
Ha ha!!! Very cute. Men don't really seek out the small girly dogs like we do it's rather an acquired taste because of the wife or girlfriend. You can always tell if men are attached if you see them walking the little Yorkies etc. I was admiring the dogs a man was walking one evening and I said to him 'these must be your girlfriends dogs ;)'. He said 'yes, my wife's. I was like 'good answer' a keeper for that woman lol!! Nice looking man at that.

To post pics. First start a thread. After typing what you want scroll down the screen there should be a manage attachments link. Click on hit a picture down load screen will come up. select browse. Select the photos you want to display. Click upload, and it will come up and tell you it was uploaded or it will tell you the pic is to big and you need to resize it. Now to resize. I do not know what program you use to store and edit your pics, but I use windows live photo gallery. For this program you just click on the picture you want to edit. when the edit screen comes up for that picture you select the properties tab and there is a resize choice. Choose that tab and then choose the size you want. I hope this helps.
