It seems that this Eddie is into our fight
it's between me and Sugar so that is not right;

It is Bogey we love, no mention of you,
and courting is not what we like to do;

I know of no hoes, except those to garden,
and if you meant *****, then I beg your pardon;

We have been nothing but poetic and straight,
ladylike in prose, so there is nothing to hate;

Bogey will choose who he'll take to the Ball,
and the other will be left with no date at all.
