| Chicken Jerkey recall shows up on Facebook I have read several stories on the Chicken Jerkey made in china making dogs ill. A friend of mine posted this on FB. Please notice the comment about Blue Buffalo. According to the FDA there has not been a recall on the Blue Buffalo Chicken Jerkey. Check out the link, I am interested in your opinion. !!!! W A R N I N G !!!!!! It was on Fox news earlier that 70 dogs have died as a result of eating chicken jerky treats made from chicken that has come from China. Kingdom Pets brand from Costco is one of them. Also certain Blue Buffalo brand pet foods have a recall for the same thing. Please re post and make sure all your doggie friends are aware of this!!!! Don't buy consumable products made in China!!!!!! This was on a friends wall...I am an animal lover so of course I will re-post Parts of this are true, I checked it at snopes.com. Blue Buffalo denies using chicken from china in the snopes writeup http://www.snopes.com/critters/crusader/chickenjerky.asp |

| Thank you for posting this. My baby got sick a few years ago from eating the brand from Costco. I had to take her to the emergency vet at 3 in the morning because she would not stop vomiting. And in these little babies, vomiting 3 times can really knock them down. But thankfully, my baby was one of the lucky ones and she recovered. But after that, I learned my lesson and have never purchased chicken jerky again, regardless of the brand and where it comes from. I hope more people see this information and really think twice about feeding these so called "treats" to their little ones.

| There is another thread conserning this. If you find it you can read the news release by Blue Buffalo posted yesterday. My dogs do eat the chic jerkey in very tiny amounts, but only by Blue Buffalo. I chose this company because their products are made in the USA and not in China. I have become a label reading fiend when it comes to the dogs food, chews and treats. |

| I actually was told a few months ago by another YT member not to feed any chicken jerky snacks from China to my Trixie.....I trusted her and switched to another brand made in USA and am now really glad that I did.
