This is exactly what I was thinking back when the pup was 1st diagnosed with a possible health problem.

Brian have you called them & explained what was causing Robbie's shyness ? I think I would call them before starting legal action as they may be kind enough to just refund your money.

I am so very sorry and know the heartache you are feeling. You and your Mrs. did all you could for your little man and he was very Blessed to have you both.
I must tell myself daily, it is not for me to try to understand lifes trials but to lean on God's understanding and HE will give us the strength and yes courage to do the things we need to do when needed. You and your Mrs. gave back to God your little one and now he is reaping all that one day we too will be blessed with and holding our loved ones forever.

I agree with you on that point.

When Bark Busters came to my home I did ask the question as to Brian Damage and she started laughing saying "NO WAY" it was just a shy dog.

I also agree that these trainers are not medical people but I was still sold a training programme I did not need and this was on the advice of an expert.

I am not placing blame I just feel angry that I was never advised to seek the opinion of a vet before they took my money I believed what the "expert" told me.

No matter what the reason for miss selling a contract it was in the end miss sold and I feel I am entitled to a refund but Bark Busters do not agree with me.

I said I would keep you informed.

I have been advised by my lawyer that Bark Busters have agreed to a total refund and send me an apology.

My lawyer said that a trainer of any experience should be able to tell that a puppy is sick but not be expected or be able to diagnose the illness.

As the trainer advertisers as having over 25 years experience when dealing with dogs she is more than experienced and should have advised us to take my little man to the vet for a routine check up.

Anyway, I now consider this case closed there is no point prolonging the pain.
