Oh my goodness, she looks SO CUTE!!!! My girls hate to be groomed, always have. It's like torture for them and for me. I keep them in puppy cuts similar to your baby's new cut, and they look cute and are happy that Mommy doesn't have to brush them all the time.

I agree that some dogs seem to love to be groomed and others do not. It's good that you realized that your darling prefers her shorter 'do and she looks so happy:D

Cali's shorter hair looks so cute. I first didn't recognize her... :) I think they are all cute no matter what haircut they have :)

Thanks for the reply. I think it is win-win situation for both me and Haruka :) At the same time after the haircut she fits on all the clothes she had as puppy after 5 years :)

That's my ZoE! She loves to be combed! I pick up her metal comb and she immediately gets excited, spins around and runs to the chaise where I groom her. To her, it seems to be just like getting petted/stroked. She seems to really enjoy the feel of it and it will put her to sleep almost like a relaxing massage.

Haruka looks adorable cut short, with the ears and topknot sticking up. Very cute photo :)

Hi Michiko!!

I'm glad to see you posting on YT again. Haruka is as adorable as ever, even with her short hair cut. I've always kept Morgan short too, its just easier as she doesn't enjoy grooming either. Its so nice to see Haruka's pictures again. I think of her as a sister to morgan because they are so close in age and we got them almost at the same time.

Nice to see you! It is really nice to see familiar names! :) We both had a little hardship with a breeder but you know.. AKC paper and all don't matter any more. I enjoy Haruka's company. Haruka is saying hello right next to me saying hello to you and Morgan :)

yeah none of that matters. we have great little dogs, despite past problems. I can't believe how tiny Haruka still is. Everybody tells me how tiny Morgan is but then I look at Haruka and Morgan looks like a moose. hahaha! Omg, can you believe that they are going to be 6 years old next year?? It doesn't feel like I've had Morgan for that long, and Morgan definitely has the same puppy attitude. When people ask how old she is and I tell them 5 they always say "months?" and I have to say "no, 5 years." They never believe me because she still looks and acts like a puppy.
