Love reading all of these!! :p Riley is usually stretched out beside me down near the bottom of the bed.... sometimes he is curled up right in the middle of my other pillow beside my head. But sometimes I'll wake to turn and he will be stretched out or curled up right at the bend of my knee.... Ii still find myself waking up and feeling down there, not realizing at first, what the heck the big lump is! LOL!! |
Chip sleeps under the blanket on or right next to my feet. He actually falls asleep licking my feet. By morning he usually will be on top of the blanket by my feet or sleeping on my head. Sometimes we'll find him in between DH and I on his back, head on our pillow, and blanket up to his chest - just like a human! Before I was pregnant, Smokey would sleep across my chest. He sleeps right beside me all stretched out if I'm laying on my back, but if I'm on my side, he'll sleep curled up in a tight little ball by my stomach. He's usually in the general area of my belly or stretched out between me and DH or right at the foot of the bed. Sometimes though I find him on the floor on his dog bed. He is such a large yorkie and it's funny to me because he is either waaaaaay stretched out and looks even more large, or he curls up in this tight little ball and you'd think he's smaller than he is. |
Half the time I do not need a blanket because I have dogs all over me keeping me warm |

Me too! I think it started for some reason when they would come home to visit and there were more framed pics of the dogs than of them!:lol tears:lol tears |
These posts are soo funny...Love it! I always sleep on mY side and Kiwi would curl up in a ball, under the covers, right in the nook where my tummy is. Miss that **sighs** Now little Lola usually starts the night with me because I go to bed early, and hubby stays up late. She likes to curl up above the shoulder, so in my neck area, then when daddy comes to bed he puts her in her own bed in her pen area, and she just curls right up and goes back to sleep;) |

1 Attachment(s) Rocco likes his space. He can often be found hogging an entire piece of furniture, and usually sleeps on his back showing the world all he has to offer...:D If you can make out this photo, he's "in position" on a recliner, living La Vida Loca... |
Max is kind of a wild sleeper... the type that will fall asleep in your arms, and wakes up under the bed... or He'll fall asleep by my feet and I end waking up to a fur baby asleep on my head!! |
My baby milo (6 months) sleeps in the bed with us always, he normally lies by my tummy then moves onto my pillow above my head, half way thru the night i wake up and hes sleeping like a human on my side, with his head on pillow then his body alongside mine. He has his days when he wants to be cuddled and loved then sometimes he doesnt even want me touching him, soon as i stroke him he goes and lies by my feet, but as usual i bring him back up to me lol, i cant get enough of him. My hubby and I love him to bits. |
Zoe sleeps on our bed, somewhere in between my hubby and I, all curled up in a teeny ball. Crook of the knee, by a stomach, curled under my chin (which she wants to do all day, as well). When she wakes up, she rolls onto her back for morning tummy pets. Last night my hubby said he had a dream there was a wild animal in the bed...he thought a possum or a raccoon. He said he woke up from the dream twice and couldn't find it....pahahahahaha! Of course, it was Zoe. That man ! |
Ahi is my halo. ;) She will start off sleeping at the head of my oldest DD in her bed. But when I finally make it into bed she will migrate over to my head and bury her face into my hair. She then sometimes goes back and forth from my head to her Cloud 9 which is leveled with my bed. It depends if she gets hot or if I move around too much. lol |
Bailey loves to sleep either on top of me, right by my side, under the covers, or at the end of the bed. And once she is sleeping she is out like a light. I was on the computor at the desk and I wanted to get in bed to watch tv and Bailey was sleeping where I sleep and she looked so comfortable, and I was like Bailey... Bailey. Bailey. And she pretended not to hear me and wouldnt open her eyes. So then I got in bed(tried) and Bailey would still not move, she had me off the bed while she stood in the SAME SPOT. And its MY BED! She tries to take over the whole bed with her stretched out as far as her little 7 lb. Body can go. :) I love these stories |
When we had our 2nd baby he would occasionally sleep in his bouncer next to our bed. When he began sleeping through the night (thank goodness) I hadn't moved the bouncer yet. Bentley started sleeping in it and he always looks so comfy. So, I put a blanket in it and that's where he sleeps every night. He's so small that he doesn't like to sleep in our bed bc DH and I are both all over the place. Its always funny when I wake up and he's in that bouncer. Every night when we go to bed he runs right to it. |
