The Donald wears pink ties quite a bit!! My son had to have a pink tie at graduation to be like Donald. So funny. Haven't seen him with his bum in the air. :D |
Oh I see. LOL I don't watch a lot of the Donald. |
Pup with neuter and extraction would need pain med and AB. Pup with a dental and no extractions or gum work (nothing that would cause pain after procedure is over) would possibly need ABs, but probably not pain meds. I would check with them and question what they were thinking. Microchips should have been inserted when they were under anesthesia. |
The microchips did not arrive in time from the rescue to put them in while they were under. Katie had her chip implanted afterwards also. Not the best choice I know, but don't really have a choice. |
My chachi is getting ready to have a dental also, Im sure giving antibiotics is common but I dont know why you got the syrup stuff so I would call the vet and see what it is |
When Jada had her dental I think she was put on an antibiotic for a week before and stayed on it for a week after. It has been almost 2 years ago and I am getting forgetful in my old age:p but I am sure it was an antibiotic. Here is a link that explains the use of antibiotics with dentals A Guide to Dental Antibiotics for Pets - VetInfo |
Riley just had his dental a couple weeks ago and they send you home with antibiotics I was told because they dig into the gums a little and it can lead sometimes to a infection. The antibiotics are a good precaution. But poor Lily got spade and nothing. They will not give pain meds at my vet unless something out of the ordinary happens. Makes me sad. But she seems to be doing fine. |
