Sugar sleeps ALL DAY but wants me up by 7:28 to fix her breakfast :rolleyes: (this has recently changed from 7:12 for some strange reason:confused:). I try to always sleep with an elbow outside of the covers. Sugar Baby's way of waking me up is once quick dart on my elbow with the end of her tongue.:p However, I have found out the hard way that if no elbow is available.....Sugar will do a quick tongue flick on the end of my nose instead :rolleyes: (I much prefer the elbow ~ a much gentler way to wake up;)) |
Yogi is always ready to get up when i do,but Micah is another story i think he would just sleep til noon |
Dex is definitely an early riser. I'm on a schedule that gets me up around 6:15 am throughout the week. Problem is... On the weekends that's when dex wants to get up :) I usually can just let him run around and go back to sleep, but sometimes not so much. Not sure when the little things sleeps because he also likes to stay up late, unlike me. |

Chloe likes to sleep in- many days when I leave for work she is still under the covers. Armani will basically do whatever- he could stay in bed all day if I am sick or something, he won't ever get up or complain. If I get up early though he is up and ready to go. |
I have had to start putting Maci in her kennel at night :( she had me up at 1am. 2:30am. 4:30am. and 6am. I find if I put her in her kennel she will sleep during the night instead of guarding the front door at every creek and noise made lol. But she gets to be in bed during day naps! |
Three little girls will make their presence known every morning at 6 am that bladders need to be emptied and tummies need their breakfast;) Would I prefer a Sleep-in'er...absolutely but, they rule the roost around here so, it's their way...always!:aimeeyork:aimeeyork:aimeeyork |

Sasha definitely prefers sleeping in. If I have to be up in the morning for work, I usually have to wake her up to take her out to potty. Once she's finished, she runs into my parents room and sits on the floor staring up at the bed waiting for me to lift her up so she can go back to sleep with them. Then, she usually wakes my mom up around 8:45-9am because she wants her breakfast and she'll go back to sleep after that. On days when my mom has to leave for work early or if everyone happens to be awake early, she'll sit at the end of the hallway in the dark and just stare at everyone as if she's saying "isn't anyone going back to bed?". If I sleep in, then she sleeps in with me. She'll wake up when I wake up. |
Dolce is both. She wakes up when I wake up. If Daddy wakes up first she will stay in bed with me, mostly with one eye open. I think she is hoping that I will get up so she can follow daddy into the kitchen to see if he drops any breakfast, but if I'm still laying in bed she will stay there no matter what daddy is doing. lol. Dolce will also get up if I get up just to go to the bathroom or get a glass of water or anything. Sometimes I lie down to sleep and Dolce falls asleep very quickly, almost as soon as she lies down haha, and then I realize I forgot to turn off a light or I have to pee but I don't want to get up because I know it will wake Dolce up and she will have to get up and follow me wherever I am going and I feel bad cuz she just fell asleep haha..... |
I have a feeling Katie Scarlett will be an early riser since we tend to sleep in. But I have told myself it will be good for me. I need to get up and get going earlier anywas. We will see. :) |
Molly is an early riser like me. She is up every day at 6:30. |
I have an earlier riser (like 5:30 a.m.) ... then naps through-out the day. Ready for bed at 8p.m. |
