clip A clip like that is wonderful on male..females also. So much easier to keep clean..belly bands can be a problem with a long coat. |
Robbie, I REALLY like that cut, and I'm glad you posted the pic. I've been looking for a cut that would allow me to save my girls pretty topknots, but not give them 'toothpick' legs. I'm saving the pic and taking it to a groomer after the holidays. If you cut your little guy, (who, is adorable, by the way) please post pics! :) Sheila |
I really like the cut too!!! I've started working part time at my groomers and I'm taking Bentley in next week with me (she's going to teach me how to cut yorkies) and I'm going to print the picture out too and maybe try this cut on him!!! I think it's adorable!!! Bentley's hair around his face and head is really silky but not so on his back. I think it would be a good cut for him :) I'd like to do my puppies too because the hair mats with the belly bands they wear but I cannot bring myself to cut off their puppy hair yet ;) |
I like the cut too - Chanel has a ton of hair and she had a similar cut - it was adorable on her - GOOD LUCK !! I bet he looks adorable and your life will get much easier |

I like it too. And like everybody says, you can let it grow out if you decide you don't like it. It sounds like he is not outside that long to get really cold, and if he is going to be out longer, you can put a sweater or coat on him. And it won't get all tangled up having the sweater on, either. So I vote yes. LOL |

I like it! Maybe I'll get Pixie's hair cut this way. I bet it makes it very easy to keep them in clothes... There's no hair to get tangled and knotted underneath! The only thing is if I would want to grow her out, it would just take that much longer! |
I keep my little trimmed up all over, and the face is a puppy cut, chester is still cold with it short or longer, less dirty feet to keep clean |
yep, my mind is made up, he's being clipped like that next friday at 10 am. i'll post the pics, and i'll have a good laugh i'm sure, he is going to look really different to me...ha ha |
Thats funny that you should post this picture, several months ago, someone from YT posted this picture and I loved this look so much that I copied the picture and took it to my groomer. This is the cut that I give Desi.. I love it !! She looks so cute, neat and clean and much easier to keep. |
