I wish I had a picture of Rizzo with his lil buddy from Italy, Rizzo is only 5 lbs and he towered over his short stocky 8.5 lbs yorkie amigo. Just shows how many shapes and sizes they come in, as long as they're healthy. Since I've been back in one day one person asked if Rizzo was a show dog (awe) and another person asked what he was mixed with, and gave me a sarcastic look when I said he's all yorkie. People can be such goobs sometimes. |

I have 3 Yorkies. All different weights, and sizes. Rocky is small faced and short, but since he was neutered, he has put on weight. He is 6 1/2 pounds.(he use to weigh 5) He's fat in the middle. (9years old) Rosie, who was my biggest, is now 6 pounds. 4years old. I don't like her to get too thin, because she looks funny for her head and body size. Gracie is little 3lbs/9oz and she is 13 months old. She looks right for her size, but I have to watch out for her because she is so little. Like everyone on here, Yorkies come in all shapes and sizes. But you love them all. |

Keno will be 1 year old on the 4th of October. He is 13 inches tall and 14 inches long and his weight is 11 lbs. He is a teapot, his parents were small, father 5 lbs. and mother 6 lbs. Just luck of the draw, I like him this size, would not change a thing. |
Suzi stayed at 7 lbs for a long time . Then I noitced she felt too thin , and was just picking at her food. So I changed foods and now she has filled out nicely , not looking fat at all. I don't know how much weight she is now, but I think she is around 8-9 pounds, she looks and feels so much healthier now. I have a friend with a extremely small yorkie , weighing in 2 pounds fully grown. Her yorkie has thin hair and does not look good . I am not sure if she is healthy becasue of the thinning hair , but she is very energetic , just tiny . I rather have a yorkie on the heavier side becasue they are sturdy and strong. The tiny ones are so fragile and delicate it can be hard to keep them safe all the time. |

We have a new baby, Cailee, a 2.5 lb, almost 4 month old power-pack. We were a little scared of her small size and frankly wanted a larger Yorkie. But we fell in love with her. She is fearless with Cody. |
