She is trash, pure and simple. |
I would definitely report this girl to her boss. Having been fortunate to have found and saved a stolen dog for one of my puppy buyers, I am shocked at what some folks will do, with an entitlement attitude. Just because you want something you don't have, doesn't give anyone the right to steal it. Yes, make sure your dogs are micro-chipped and registered as well--fill in the paperwork and pay the extra fees--otherwise the job is half done, as is the protection. Take pictures of your dogs, so you have them from all angles. Have a tag on the collar with your phone number, don't put the dog's name on the tag. And in this day and age, don't let a stranger pick up or hold your dog--they could run with it. |

Omg!!! I know too many people who had their puppies, yorkies included, stolen from them. It's unbelievable that some people think this is ok. I would have given that ignorant broad a serious chunk of my mind. I can be too outspoken sometimes but that would have definitely been an appropriate time for my attitude to come out. The nerve of some people!! Just crazy!! |

You are so right. I live in a "nice" neighborhood in Chicago but if you cross the street it's a whole different story. I always worry someone will take my dog and run or worse try to hurt me to take my dog. I never walk her alone at night and stay on well lit streets. They can take her just because they want one and can't afford one or because they see my dog as a valuable "item". People always ask me how much did I pay and I just say I don't know. She was a gift. It's sad I always have to be on the defense but that's the world we live in. |
