I have 5 tatts. The biggest one is on my top right shoulder blade. It is ST Francis with my husbands heart dog (greyhound) my heart dog (greyhound) a bunny and bird. My dog was still alive at the time. When I lost him to ostio it was a nice feeling to already have him there. If you dont have to worry about working someplace where a tatt would hold you back, go for it. (my daughter has to cover the ones on her arms and hands for work). Good luck with all your "problems". Just remember that you really aren't alone! |
Thank you Taylor, I've been to many doctors I have been on medications, I go to a psychiatrists etc. I'm doing better now haven't cut myself for 2-3 weeks, I'm trying :) Thank you Taxlady ! I will probably get the tattoo next summer then I will have money cause this tattoo costs somewhere about 1.000$ , very very good tattoo artist who does this, he's called Phil Young you can see his website Phil Young @ Hope Gallery : :) He doesn't come here to Iceland until next summer too :) Can't wait to get my new tattoo ! Of course when I get it I will post pictures of it here on YorkieTalk :) ! I have lots of good pictures of him I will take a few on my USB key (about 10 pictures propably) and let him choose what would come out the best on my hand :) Im gonna get the tattoo about the size of my palm yes it would have the best outcome to get it in that size I think :D |
Thank you so much Sheila ! This tattoo will mean really much to me :) Where I live there are many people with tattoos and most of them can work anywhere, my dream work is to be a vet, vets assistant or a dog groomer :) I will probably learn dog grooming in the next 2 years. |
I had 2 blue paw prints done on the top of the my foot! They are for my boys. It hurt like anything! I LOVE them and I love what they represent to me. I know this is probably going to sound cold to some, but I did not want to do a portrait of my pups on myself. I'll will always remember them in my heart and my memories and through pictures of them, but someday when they are gone... I do not want a reminder of them permanently inked on myself. I want to be able to fully open my heart and give my love 100% to other Yorkies that I will get. The joy of loving a pet makes up for the pain of losing one. I love the representation that I have of them with my paw prints. This symbolizes (to me) my love of animals and represents all the fur babies I have had and will have in my lifetime! :) Not to mention, I will not love these 2 boys more than I will love my next yorkies and less than I loved my first yorkie. They are all loved by me equally, 100%. |
