Attached is my Sophie Kate who I think would qualify as a Teapot. She is almost4 years old and weights 8.6 lbs (of pure love).

Thank you, now I am kind of shocked I just realized she is almost 4 years old and that just makes me sad and happy and feeling more blessed than ever.

I understand about the age. Cooper is turning 4 next month. Here is all 10 pounds of him. He's not a Yorkie, he's a Yorkie/Maltese mix but I figured I should post him here since his brother is here too.

Elvis will hide under the queen bed as soon as he hears water running-it's hilarious sometimes I start the washing machine and off he runs to the under my or my daughter's bed (he knows if the gets against the wall or in the middle he can't be reached there).

Once he's wet he's given up and tolerates it.

Scoobers is terrified of water!

I had to change the showers at the house to those attachments that have a standard shower head and an attachment one that is hand held we do doggy showers.

Princess and Elvis will take a bath is they have to, Scoobers will flip if there is any standing water at all.

Lots of praise and practice and I don't know if it helps but I've already owned up to it-my dogs shower with me!

Yes, I take a shower and one dog will come in and they usually sit in the back of the shower and glare.

After I put the (I only use wen so it has to stay in at shampoo time as long as conditioner time) cleansing conditioner in my hair I flip the shower switch to the hand held and then spray off which ever dog and then put their wen in. Lot's of soft mom talk , "oh you are doing so good etc, they kind of get a massage while I'm working the wen in so I think it relaxes them like that.

Elvis was only in the sink because that was April 1, 2010 when Princess pushed him off the stump into a pile...yeah that kind of pile.

Although Elvis and Princess do get their feet rinsed off in the sink if they got a lil muddy they don't really mind that.

Too funny!!! I thought about putting him in the shower with me. I did splash a little water in his face while he has his little paws on the edge of the tub and he didn't object too much. maybe I will try it one day when I am not in a hurry to be somewhere lol!! I do give him treats and praise every time I bathe him. He tolerates it and tries to escape but we get it done. Then he goes crazy trying to dry himself off.

Oh my goodness; we all have almost-4-year-olds! HOW does that happen?!?! Jackson will be 4 in October. Crazy yet sad.

Btw, Max really IS practically caught up to Jackson. On a good day, he weighs 15lbs, too, hehe. But sometimes he's up to 16lbs. Depends on the scale or the the day I guess :p

Jackson gets more distinguished & handsome every time I new pictures. He's definitely a big sweetheart apt to make all the girls swoon. That picture of the two of you is just about perfect!

Max weighed 15.1 at the vet and usually weighs around 14.5 on the home scale. He isnt as skinny as he used to be and has really filled out. He'll probably slow down at some point ;)

This is my Romeo who will be 3 on June 7. He's a bit over 15 lbs and I used to worry about his weight until I saw all the gorgeous/handsome teapots here on YT.

This is Laci I think she is pretty close to 9 pds now, I love her and would not change a thing..

I think we will soon join teapot club as Winnie is already 2.6lb @ 18weeks old.

'nawwww, she's so teeny still!! Hehe!! :) I never got to see Jax that small. He was 5lbs when I brought him home at 9 weeks old, LoL

Uuuhhhhh. How small do you want him to be. He's over four months old lo??? Miles was 5 lbs. at 4.5 months old. He is now almost 8 mos. not sure how much he weighs now. Last I checked it was 6.14 but that was almost a month ago I am sure he weighs more now.

Too small to tell if she'll ever reach over the standard to be considered a teapot.

She may still gain weight filling out or she could grow more and gain in that way too, it's just too soon to tell.

My teapots are 12.3 & 17.9 (he goes up t 21 in the winter though)

He looks small!!! He's very cute and non-fragile!!! I step on Miles' feet a lot By accident so I am glad he's not 2 lbs. Thats cute when they are teeny babies at 8-12 weeks but then I would want them to grow at bit to at least 5 lbs. Miles weighed in at 5 lbs. just now but I don't believe it. I weighed him on a regular scale so who knows. Maybe he's still at 6.14 lbs via the vet.

Awww Romeo is so handsome!!! We both have the same birthday, only I wish I was younger...sigh.
