smallest yorkie on yt? I will be the first to say that size does not matter when it comes to our furbabies... But, out of curiousity I was wondering if the tiniest yorkie on yt was known? I personally know someone who has a tiny adult who has not reached 2 lbs... Just curious about those of us on here! |

Not sure if it's on here, but she's full grown and under 2 lbs....and cute as can be! |
I thought I saw someone here with a 2.5lb. furbaby. So far my Ahi at 8 weeks was 13.8oz. and at 12weeks. 1lb. 4oz. But i'm really hoping she will be at least 4-6 lbs. The bigger the better to me. :D I'd like to see how much other Yorkies here weigh. :) |
Here is the smallest Yorkie on YT: :aimeeyork ;););) I couldn't resist. |

My Bentley is 10 months and 2 lbs! Gosh I miss my babies! Wish I didn't have to work! |
My Toby is 1.6 oz today, he turned 13 weeks today! I think your Ahi is the yorkie who shares the same birthday with him (5-11) I don't know how accurate growth charts are but Toby is charting 2.5-3lbs which is where I am sure your Ahi is charting too. Quote:

aww, a tiny little one. My female is 5lbs and my male is 13 weeks and weighs 1lb 6 oz. He is charting to be small, but I know that the yorkie growth chart is only an estimate. His momma was 4lbs exactly and his daddy was 2.5lbs. Quote:

;);) Maybe she will remember the title of the thread where she discussed the microscopic minis. |
That little yorkie from the link is the cutest thing. My guy is almost 6 pounds and perfect for me, but seen that one i must admit it made me want a little one as cute and as little as that one! |
The breeder I got Toby from actually has the 1lb, 11 oz yorkie. She is 2 years old I believe and her parents were Toby's dad and a female who was 4lbs. Funny how some will come out so tiny! |

she is ALSO 1.6lbs.!(Took her to weight check on Sat. Her Dr. wants to make sure she's growing.) lets keep charting them together...I want to see if they grow at the same rate. LOL :D |
My Harley will be three yrs old in November. He weighs 2 pounds and 11 ozs. He is very very healthy. I was expecting him tobe around 4-5 pounds but he never grew much after I got him at 14 weeks. His mom was 5 pounds and his dad was 4 pounds. He has never been to the vet for any problems other than a nueter and retained baby teeth and of course his anual vacinations. I feel very blessed. Everyone asks me of course if he is a "teacup" and I quickly correct them and explain there is no such thing and explain that he just happens to be small. He had 3 other siblings in his litter. 2 males and a female. They weighed 5 and half pounds, 6 pounds and 4 and a half pounds. It is crazy how they can very in size. My best friend has a yorkie that weighed 4 pounds when she got her at 12 weeks and she is 2 and a half and weighs 10 pounds. LOL Mother to Harley:aimeeyork |
My baby sounds very similar to yours...Millie turned 2 in April and she justtttt hits 3.0 pounds. I feel very blessed as well, because we have not had any problems with her health! Just to make sure, I had an xray, etc. done and she came back great! Those 3 pounds rule our hearts and our home :) |
My Pixie turned a year old this past March. She weighed 2.2 lbs when I lost her to kidney failure on July 4th. |
...quoted the wrong post. Sorry. |

So there ya go... |
A friend of mine has a fully grown yorkie that is right around the 2Lb mark .She is very active and just so cute. However her yorkie coat is really thin. She can fit in your hand . My own yorkie is a "HUGE" 7 pounds. LOL. She is still a small dog. And of course nobody can forget this yorkie :aimeeyork |
