| ![]() i would have just explained to him that in a busy situation like that was not the time to train the poor thing and that the dog was being good just standing there. some people sure dont have the "I know how bad you feel" attitude towards their pets. In the position you work, it is hard to say anything unless they are really beating the dog. you complain to him about his treatment of the dog, then he complains to manager (about you) for your treatment of him. sounds like that man needs obedience training him self.
