I'm so glad to hear you brought her home. They look like sisters already in the pictures. So cute! I can't wait to hear what DH says. Going for a walk together is a good idea to help them bond as a pack. Also giving her a safe place to call her own like a crate or other den will help her feel more comfortable.

Wow!! I saw this thread at 10am and was taken away from the computer before I had a chance to reply. Now I logged in and just saw the thread is 8 pages and I got excited! I just knew you went to get her. Congrats on your new baby. She's adorable and the pictures of them together are so sweet.

If I were you, I'd make sure that Rosie knows that she is the Alpha dog. She needs to be reassured that she is your #1 and you need to treat her like an angel and give her tons of attention. Make sure Micki has a special, safe place to go.

DH and I checking in to see how you made out. Glad to hear he said she could stay! My DH said he could not resist her (but then told me we are not ready yet for another if I'm getting any ideas)!

I have been giving Rosie lots of extra attention and she even got chicken for dinner.

Micki has already learned that my office is the safe haven. Lol. She is a precious little girl. Rosie acts a little down. I am going to take her for a ride by herself tomorrow.
