Humping has nothing to do with sex or the like, it's a dominance thing. A dog humps another dog to show dominance, or in this case, humps you to show she is dominant over you. :(

I can't beleive I missed this! So glad you got her, she is adorable. Look how she loving looks up at you in the video, too cute! I hope the girls get along good. She has such a sweet face.

CONGRATS!! I am so happy for you! I am sure Rosie will take her in, it might take her a little. I know you are a great Momma and you are also thinking of Rosie at this time! Give her some time Momma they will become bestest sisters!! :D

P.s she is a doll!! AND Rosie is beautiful! :D

OMG...I cannot believe I am just seeing this thread now.....CONGRATULATIONS!!

I the first page or two and then had to skip to the end to see if you decided to go get her...I was so nervous!! Then I went back and read the rest and saw Micki's pictures and the video. Absolutely adorable and one very lucky yorkie to have found her way into your home.

Hope your first few nights go well and that Rosie adjusts to Micki.

Your dh sounds like a doll! Lucky you!!

Guess it's Micki's turn in the next GE :D

Just seeing this and haven't seen the vid yet but I see you got that doll in the picture! Good for you and good for her! She is precious and she is blessed - as are you. Hope you all make a great family! Thank you for giving her a loving forever home where she will be treasured for the wonder that she is - a Yorkie! Watched the video - "Sweet" is what she is! She is a doll! Bless her heart - she is probably wondering what all has just happened in her little life and will she be safe? Well, she is going to very soon find out, if she hasn't already, she has is made! That is a precious little girl and you are so very blessed to have her to go with your wonderful other little doll in the video. Was that the "Rosie" in your username? That dog is precious!!!!! You have two wonderful wonderful Yorkies there. Blessed lady!

Tink humped a specific bed for a while, even after her spay. I would remove the bed for a few weeks, and introduce it again later. It can take a few months for the hormones to disapate. I would just gently redirect her and get her interested in doing something else, she could really get OCD about it.

She's adorable. My Sapphire does that digging thing on my leg, too, and she won't stop till I pick her up. She's my Momma's Girl!

I must say... this was almost as much fun as getting my own! Very exciting day.... and I was rooting for you all along! When things happen easily, they are meant to be. When things happen at all, they are meant to be.

Don't underestimate walking them together. It's amazing how all mine become so much like a pack.... protecting each other and all! When we return home, they come in the house with a different attitude that lasts quite a while. And they so enjoy getting out and about in the neighborhood! Also helps to establish you as their leader. I never thought going for walks could do so much!

Well, good luck and I'll be looking forward to many more pics and videos!
