Pigtails on Girl Yorkies! I am going to start getting Peppermint used to a top knot and have always wanted to try to put pigtails (double top knot) on a little girl. Does anyone have any pictures of their piggy tailed girls to share? would love to see them for the cuetness factor and to help give me ideas on how to eventually style and trim a pig tailed girl :) Thanks! |
1 Attachment(s) Aw...I do believe you love having a little girl Alana ;) They are so special when it comes to being able to do the girlie stuff. Here's a pictures of Zhoie in her piggy tails. |
Check out some of the pictures from Russian Yorkie in my thread: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/yor...s-forward.html She has some elaborate hairdos that may inspire you. I put pigtails in Max's hair often when he was having his eye problems. Looked pretty cute even on a boy. We used simple black bands. Received lots of compliments. |

I have a picture of Izzy with her "piggies", but she was still a puppy in this picture so hers are short. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/att...ggytails-1.jpg |
Izzy is adorable! I looked at the pictures in the thread I linked and I don't see any pigtails now. Sorry, I thought Russian Yorkie had some in thre. Oh well, the hairstyles are fun to see anyway. :) |

1 Attachment(s) Here is Bella with her pigtails...I always have the groomer give her bangs but leaving the topknot area kinda long so if I wanna do a topknot I can But if I don't wanna do a topknot I don't have to...well a few weeks ago I decided to do pigtails with ladybug buttons I found in my Mothers sewing machine I got when she passed. I put groomers band on them, it really came out cute I think LOL. I'm now letting her topknot area grow longer...in the pic its a little shorter that I like. |
