Sharpay's Fabulous Adventure starring Mardelin's Howie Showing this Sunday (5/22) on the Disney Channel..who else will be watching? http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/off...ml#post3540728 |
My DD & I will be watching....for the Yorkies of course!:p I will say, it doesn't look like one of the usual "straight to DVD" cheesy Disney movies, & if the storyline fails we'll just look in amazement at little babies listening!:);) |

Thanks for the heads up .... |
Oh, thank you!! cant wait to see it!! :) |
The little boys look so much alike, but..you can pick Howie out by his exceptional top line and his nice ears. |
Oh I have a new thread in Off Topics with a video I edited for yorkie loves, but for some reason I can't link the thread. Here's a link to Off Topics, and look for "Sharpay’s Fabulous Adventure" ~ Yorkie Style, if you want to see some great clips of Howie! I will be setting the DVR! |
I cannot wait we do not have cable so i made plans to spend the weekend with our grandmother so we could watch it and drive home at 10 sunday night |
It on now....who's watching? |
i watched the first hour of it, really really cute movie :) ( will watch the rest of it tomorrow ) |
Watching with my 8 year old |
I have my DVR set to record the later showing. So excited! |
Coincidentally, my netflix version arrived on Friday and I have watched the first 1/2 of it. Although I do not fit the demographic audience for this movie, I found that it did have a lot of humor in it, & even the predictable gags were amusing; typical poor little rich girl, but there are a lot of good laughs in this movie... I love the gag when Sharpey and Boy try an NYC hotdog. I did order it specifically to see Howe, Boy in the Movie, who blew away the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel in the Broadway audition in my humble opinion. Howe is in most all the scenes so far, so there is a lot of Yorkie in this movie. I give it a huge thumbs up so far, especially given my low expectations. I think anyone who likes Yorkies will really like the film. |
We watched it again tonight. THe Dogs were great. Guess if I was 13 I would have liked the rest of the story! |
Manly is now a father ?? Movies | A 10-part study guide to "HSM" | Seattle Times Newspaper 8. A returning character from "HSM2" is Boi, Sharpay's portable Yorkshire terrier. He is played by a pedigreed pooch named Master Manly Little Pickles of Fulton and Weddington (real name; would I make that up?), owned by the film's director/choreographer Kenny Ortega. In perhaps the most racy bit of news acknowledged by the "HSM" franchise, MMLP of F and W has an off-screen female cohort named Noodle and recently became a father. |

Here's a picture of Howie and Herbie together, as you can see, they look very much alike. Boone's Animals for Hollywood |

That is all I will say. No need for you to reply back, this thread is not the venue for that. |

The dog from High School musical is not the same dog that appeared in Sharpay's Fabulous Adventure. The yorkie character of Boi had a such tiny part in the “High School Musical” that they used the director’s dog. However, Boi had a much more prominent role in Sharpay’s Fabulous Adventure and they needed a dog who was trained. The ariticle that yorkiegirl2 is quoting is a different movie and dog, and isn't Mary's dog. Yes, Mary has very strict standards. |

Howie is a very happy little boy who lives with, and if very much loved and cared for by his trainer. He is her dog, not the studios. Mary maintains VERY strict standards. |

If you would step back, and stop stalking me, you would have seen that I made my original post to this thread yesterday, Sunday, at 9:53 PM. Therefore, I get an email for every new post. Naturally when I see one of your snide @ss remarks, it is only appropriate to show you the truth, you know, so you can rest and not worry about it, or get into any trouble after that last suspension. Now have a great day, and enjoy the show! |

I did not stalk you, did not reply to your post, did not even notice your post. You are not important enough in my world to warrant any notice what so ever. my comment was not to you, about you, or for you, in fact it had nothing what so ever to do with you. I posted an observation my own thoughts and you jumped all over it. |

Maybe I would be better off placing you on ignore, but before I do, why do so many Parti breeders still over charge when the dogs can't be shown in AKC conformation> Now if you want to continiue dancing to my tune, start a new thread, or email me with the price of the latest pup you are trying to sell. I loved Sharpey's movie with the little dogs. Did you enjoy it? |

Why if I am all about the money, as you claim all parti breeders are, would I offer to sell you one for $800? you don't even make sense. And lastly, why don't you put me on ignore , then my posts won't bother you and you can find something better to do with your time than stalking me, making the same ridiculous accusations olver fan over. Everyone has read them repeatedly, probably getting pretty tired of them. what? dancing to your tune? selling you pups? emailing you? |
