Death of Poky the Monkey
 
Poky the Monkey residence of 1 Blue Toy Box, age 2 months passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2005. Poky was found on Wednesday
afternoon in the hallway severally mauled and shredded by unknown aslant. Poky was quickly rushed to the bedroom where emergency sewing was
performed. At 12:35 Poky was pronounced UNFIXABLE. Authorities are still
investigating 3 prime suspects.

Poky the 25 cents yard sale find was a well loved by several of
the member of the household. Dragged, thrown, and chewed Poky
surviving countless of sewing and even a stuffing transplant. Despite
Poky's hardship, Poky always had a smile of its face.

A graveside service will take place this evening in the residential kitchen where Poky will be laid to rest in the local Rubbermaid bin. Poky is survived by Abu the Elephant, Mr. Squeaky Squid, and
Fussy Bear.

I would certainly be arresting a few suspects, convicting them and sentencing them to a long time in the Pokey!! HeeHee!!!

ok, i see now. i thought we were speaking of a real dog....sorry . my friend lost her baby today and jcarlson lost her katie, so i was just not thinking right...oops. i had posted and then i edited after i read it more carefully. sorry guys...i'm just not feeling well tonight with all the heart ache i have going on. take care you all....

The Yorkies are INNOCENT I SWEAR !! Just look at their faces ...Innocent I tell ya !!! No court of law will ever convict them.....lol...CUTE post !!

Sounds to me that Pokey suffered a lifetime of abuse in his short life. He's finally out of his misery, may he rest in peace. :rolleyes:

PS. Trace has a few toys that I'm sure would have preferred going home to live with a child instead of the crazed, humpin' lovin', chewin', dis-emboweling home they currently reside in

Toni - yeah they go to heaven. The puppies that cross over - have to have toys to play with. LOL :P

Unless they confess -- it could happen. When Susan saw me notice her "crime" on the carpet the other day, she just hopped into her nearby crate and lay down with a sigh. It was an open and shut case -- as soon as I shut the crate door, that is.

Any sign that these suspects will confess?

Poor Pokey! Tucker is usually pretty good with stuffed animals, but Rusty mauls them. He kept playing with Baby, the bear and I told him to take it easy or someone was going to lose an eye....well, there it was laying on the floor and now Baby winks at everyone. Sad day!

Lol..Poor Pokey...such a sad commentary on family life...who would have thought...the very ones he trusted and loved...would betray him...I just can't believe it. . I would suggest some counseling to help you heal...and some anger management classes for the perpetrators...Good Luck...and God Bless You.

You might need to call in CSI. They'll dust for paw prints and run them through the AKC computer to narrow down the suspects. Run a DNA swab from the slobery kiss fluids, and check the hair samples to find a match.

Finally they'll put them in separate interrogation rooms, and the next thing you know, one will be pointing the paw at the other!!

The evidence never lies! :p
