Marge is about 10 minutes away. I am going to take all the dogs to the basement so Caper can feel free to explore and get the llay of the land...then a slow intro! He had a nice flight....and I have his food here, new dishes, new toys, etc.

I can't wait to see how Basil and Caper's reunion goes. Maxine is one smart cookie to be hiding her toys.

Caper is here! Maxine and Carlo got along great with the introductions. However his Brother Basil barks at him, but we have to keep the apart until Basils legs is 100%. Caper is a cute little guy. A bit shorter than Basil, but a bit heavier to me. All is well.....

Caper was the the smallest in the litter. The reason Basil is barking is because he remembers him....wants to play.

They will haqve a lot of years to play after Basil's leg heals. Caper is upstairs now getting ready for bed. Tomoorow should be fun! He ate, drank, and likes his new bed.

Loved the pics - what a cute boy!! Showed it to the husband, making strides in the multi-dog house (thanks for the help)! You'll have to let us know how the brothers get reacquainted!

I was a kid when I met Marge....just out of the Corps as a 19 year old and ready to start college. I have known her well over 40 years. She sure looks great, while I just look old! But I feel great.

What is the old saying? Some days you are the dog, and somedays you are the bone. I did luck out for sure

We amde it thru the night. Basil dod some barking and Caper was quiet as a Chruch Mouse. They all slept thru the night, except for Carlo who woke me up at 2 am to be let out. With all the commotion last night getting everyone ready for bed, I forgot to let the big guy out right before I go to bed as I always do.

This morning at 6 am, Maxine woke all the boys up wanting to get down and go out. So normally Marge gets everyone ready as I sleep , but today and for the future I got up too and carried one dog down (not Carlo), fed all 4 of them, as she took the 3 little ones out! The 2 pups are in her office quiet now, Maxine is looking at me to put her on the couch to watch Imus in the Morning, and carlo is laying down on his bed. We made it, day one begins.

so it has been a week since i've been on yorkie talk and i come back to find the wonderful news!!!! and caper is now already home! i am sooooo excited for you and marge and basil and carlo and maxine!!! a new addition and he is an absolute cutie just like his brother basil!!!!!! i am so happy for you all and i know that caper has the absolute best home he could have ever asked for!!! this has made my morning! congratulations to everyone! cannot wait to hear more about him and see some more pictures!!! zowi and pixie are excited to meet him at a meet up in the future!!!!!!!! :):D:p

Thank you Carrie. He looks forward to meeting you and your crew. He is a nice little guy. We will get some pictures once things calm down and Marge has the time to take them. A day or two.

Glad the night went well with the brothers....with your growing family it's easy to miss one step, especially when you're beginning a new routine. Poor Carlo.

Steve, your morning routine sounds pretty much like mine. I'm up at 5:45, rush 4 doggies out to pee, fix their breakfast, then I grab my coffee and head to the computer and check on YorkieTalk.

What a nice start to the day, knowing that you have some more puppy love in your house. Have fun, you all deserve it!

He is resting. Basil finally stopped barking at him. Basil is JEALOUS!

Caper tried to hump Maxine this morning. That was his first mistake! She may be old, but she takes nothing from these boys.

Tomorrow will be my first real test with all of them. Marge leaves early to fly to Michigan for the day. I just know they are all goiong to wait until she leaves and then commence to make things interesting.

Congrats on your new addition! He is just gorgeous! I am sure everyone will adapt and be just fine! I cannot even imagine a puppy yorkie..lol..Foxy is 5 and all she does is sleep and follow me around the house..lol..Ohhh puppy breath! lol..
