| Shar pei/ Yorkie mix?? perfect place to post...Please HELP Hello Im new to YT and I figured this would be a great place to get some help. My boyfriend and I saved our little dog Yogi. From the beginning, hes gone through alot from having worms, parasites and anemia. When we picked him up we got from a teenage girl off the street we saw the mom it was a definite Yorkie no bigger than 10lbs, but werent able to see the Dad. She claimed the Dad was her Yorkies son (which was a yorkie/ maltese mix). Might I add the girl owned couple other dogs. The vet believes he is a pitbull or american bulldog or big dog mix. So we mentioned we had seen a Shar Pei there. We were in disgust because for such a little Yorkie to give birth to huge breed its cruel. But beyond hes the cutest puppy and is very smart, Im just curious other peoples opinion of how he will look since he has no rolls and no long fur at this moment is 7 weeks and 2.5 pounds. looking forward to the responses |

| Welcome to YT and thank you for helping a little dog in trouble - who knows what would have happened without your TLC and vetting. He sure is cute but so many puppies look alike it is a little soon to tell for someone like me, though he looks slicker-coated at this point than a lot of 7 week old Yorkie puppies I've seen. I can almost smell his puppy breath! Whatever Yogi's parentage, he a keeper and he's a lucky dog to have a fur-ever home with you and BF. Hugs to your little baby!

Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | He could be mixed with anything and I wouldn't take the teenagers word as truth that that yorkie was his mother. Many breeds have similar markings to yorkies as puppies.
