Howie will be interviewed on "Good Morning America" Tuesday April 12!
 
Set you recorders for "Good Morning America" Tuesday April 12, if you want to see Howie the newest Yorkie superstar! Howie is a product of the very own Mardelin's breeding program. His owner and trainer will be interviewed on Good Morning America, and it should be a treat to watch. Some of you already know that Mary's dog Howie stars in the movie "Sharpay's Fabulous Adventure" which will officially come out on Blu-ray April 19. Ashley Tisdale reprises her “High School Musical” drama queen character Sharpay Evans, and the story line involves her travels to New York where she is pursuing a Broadway career but it's Howie who lands an acting gig first! I'm not sure if drama queens should own yorkies, they'll always be upstaged! By the way, Howie will be making an appearance on Rachel Ray Wednesday. Maybe, Howie will cook his favorite dish? :D

Howie and his brother Herbie (2 dogs were used for the movie) will be on Good Morning America on Tuesday and Rachel Ray on Wed....or it could be visa versa, according to his owner/trainer.....who called me this morning to tell me they were on their way to NY.

Of course I'm connected....my dogs are This Time, wouldn't be where I'm at with out her...45 years and over a 100 Champions.....

Loved that line, Nancy! :D I will be looking forward to seeing Howie on GMA as well as in the new movie when it comes out! Thanks for the heads up.

Howie/Herbie's training obtained both boys about 3 weeks apart...Herbie first and after much bantering between us....(and not about moneybut what was best for Howie), 3 weeks later Howie went to her home. Amazed at how much these 2 boys look alike.....a couple of things that aren't really visible to just anyone....Herbie is a bit more fine boned, wavier coat and lighter in the body.

One boy is a bit more layed back than the other....Herbie is used for more calm shots and Howie for action. The boy takes after his dad, Denny.

Dexter is jealous at the level of stardom these guys are getting, (typical primadona yorkie) but i am excited to see their interviews! :p way to go guys! sounds like a lot of fun!

Neither boy is a Prima Donna....their owner/trainer wouldn't allow it.....They are treated as canines that are loved......Nothing fufu about these dogs at all. They are well trained and adjusted. I get to see them on an average of once a month and amazed how well mannered they are....they will not go through a door before me, call and come when I ask them to....will sit in front of their plates until I give them to go signal......And on the grooming table they are amazing....no problems with clipping their nails...

That is pretty neat! I just told my daughter the other day how much Sharpay's dog looks so familiar. We were watching on preview on disney channel. What a connection!:cool:
