Looks like a full Yorkie to me 1 Attachment(s) Since my last adoption from the shelter never happened, I've been checking daily in my area for yorkies that have been dropped off and/or rescued and in need of a home . . . I found this little guy a few days ago and they finally replied to my email and attached an adoption application. I'm hoping to actually meet this one, but don't want to jinx anything by saying I might be adopting him . . . Anyways, here is a pic of him . . .he's a larger guy, they say around 15lbs, which is twice the size of my babies . .. but doesn't he have the most sweetest happiest face? He looks so happy and looks as if he's saying Hey, look at me . . .I'm smiling! They are listing him as a Yorkie Mix because of his size, but I just think he's a "teapot" What do you guys think? |
Kind of hard to tell from the photo, would need to see more of his body, but he sure has a cute face! |

Just might be a Teapot. You'll have to ask Mike (Alaskayorkie) to let him into the group:). He does have a happy face. Maybe you can foster him for a while then fail Fostering 101 like so many of us have. |
He looks very cute. Even if he was a mix, it still would be worth getting him. He may be a silky yorkie mix or something like that. He really does have a cute face. Gosh , whenever I take either of my guys to the vet, they get a pouty. But this guy looks like he has a great temperment. |
I'm hoping for a meet and greet so I can see how my guys take to him :D I'd never be able to foster . . .I'd fail for sure! :rolleyes: :p |

I'd say go for it !!! :thumbup: He looks like a very deserving big boy, and, 15 lbs is not too unusual. My Male is headded toward 12 lbs (2y 4mo), and my Female Becca is just passing 6 lbs at 9mo. ;) |
He looks like a yorkie...but hard to tell without seeing the whole dog. He sure looks good natured! Hope it all works out for you. Please update us with news when you know! |
