| Neutered male bruised after humping? My mom's neutered male Chi is bruised after humping her intact female. He occasionally humps her, but she was just in heat and he humped her much more often than usual. I picked him up tonight and where his testicles would normally be is all bruised up. I'm really worried about him and tried googling it but found nothing. Anyone have any idea??? |

| Maybe he's bruised from going after her more often because she was in heat. Poor boy. I hope he's OK. |

| He has been neutered for years. Its very strange. My mom is trying to breed her fenale and I don't know if having another intact male around for a week made him feel the need to hump her more. |

| Dang...he sure was trying I hope this is not serious. Try to keep him away from your female so that he can heal up. |

| They shouldn't be together while she's in heat because they can still tie.

| You have to remember, even a neutered male can get STD's and even tie with the female. She could have moved while he was tied to her and she bruised and hurt him. She needs to be careful. Just because the little guy is neutered, doesn't mean he ain't interested.
