I have one of both, Chelsey is the quiet one and Chanel the spunky one, both are absolute darlings, but theres definatly a big difference in personality, Chelsey is SO satisfied and we can take her anywhere we want to, Chanel on the other hand has NO patients, we have a wheely carrier for them, when we go to a restaurant or are busy shopping we have to make sure we keep rocking the carrier till madam is sleeping otherwise she WILL voice her opinion and thats ok too, but not when your in a place that has a NO PETS sign up lol BOTH those puppies are ADORABLE!! It's hard to make a choice, i would say get them both LOL |
I have one of each, also. Gracie is my lady and is very prim and proper and a cuddler. She's four years old. Avery is almost a year old and is wild as the devil, but ohhhhhh he loves sooooo much. He snuggles, but only with me. If I HAD to choose, I guess I'd choose the prim & proper cuddler, but my male is such a doll and honestly, I adore them both. |
I would have to get them both they are just so sweet. |
I think you ended up with the less spunky one - if I read your post correctly. I chose the less spunky pup too, when we got Rowdy and he really is pretty laid back and I absolutely love that about him. Don't get me wrong, he can be crazy wild when he meets new people or dogs, but for the most part he is pretty calm and laid back. I have had a jack russell terrier and believe you me, I know SPUNKY. I'm really glad that Rowdy is not too rowdy :D he is just right. Others on the board are correct though, the less spunky one may turn out to be more spunky later, you never can tell for sure. But my message to you is that my Rowdy stayed less spunky and your new baby may too. Good luck with your new baby. |
Follow your heart. I had a choice of two pups. I just had a felling about Kujo. The other was identical but we just made an instint connection. :) From one newbie to another....Welcome :animal36 |
OMG that pic is tooooo cute!!! They are both adorable, but IMO I think you should go for the one that fits your personality best. If you kick back then get the less spunky one, if your go go go then get the other. You don't want to have a pup who is very different than you and you feel like its not a good match. Good luck on your decision, I wish I could have one, they are so cute ;) |
OMG they are so cute. That is so hard to pick. they look so cute with their little blue shirts on and their tongues out. I love em both. |
haha, shy at first does not mean they will say that way, let me tell ya :D Parker was so shy and quiet when I went to see him at the breeder's and then when I picked hime up. He was quiet for afew days, as he was in a new place....then all hell broke loose :D haha, he is a little terror, you can't turn away for a minute and he's into something...dragging toilet paper across the room, stealing socks (snatch and run!)...he definately keeps me on my toes! My roomate always asks what happened to that "other" dog I brought home the first 2 days, cuz he has certainly got spunk in him now! :p |
I got two sisters from the same litter, and I'm so glad I got two. I got the spunkiest one (and biggest) and the shyest one (and smallest). Now, my husband and I each have one of our own. I take the spunky one with me wherever I go, and she loves it. My husband likes to atay home more than I do, and the shy one stays with him and they are both happy! So, I say....get the both of them! |
How can you just pick one when you see those two beautiful faces? |
