How Do you research a Dogs Pedigree?

How do you look up a dog on the a dogs a dogs???Anyone know how to look up Dog Registration ?I have a few dogs I am looking at as dogs of interest and have their registration numbers but I do not know how to research their pedigree without purchasing one. Is their a way to just look up online a dogs pedigree? To see if he comes from championship lines, his heritage ,Pedigree and who the breeder was. I want to find out whether the breeder was reputable that the dog came from.Please help???

I think you have to pay to see the pedigrees on the AKC website. I would love to be able to see them without paying if you find a way. You might post the names & numbers of the dogs you are interested in here on YT, maybe someone has a copy of their pedigree or knows someone who can help you out. Good luck

You can try these sites. Also do a search on here because this questions has been asked a number of times.

The pedigree of your dog should have the kennel name as part of his registered name; likewise his sire/dam.
