My fear realized 2 Attachment(s) Peanut was caught in the tackle for a toy and is now limping a little. I was afraid of this...he is just too small to be here with my girls. They love him to pieces and they are never, ever mean to him but he's just too little to play with them. So, when his little leg is better I will try again to find an 'appropriate' home for him. If anyone is looking, or you know someone who is, in Illinois or the surrounding states please keep Peanut in mind. I would like a home with a stay at home parent if possible, where he is either the only one or he's with 1 other small dog, no kids and no dogs bigger than him...he is about 6 pounds now and he loves to travel. The first picture is him a few months ago and the second one was just taken a couple of weeks ago...he is in a fluffy puppy cut in the second picture. |

Peanut has the most adorable little face :)My little guy his size hurt his leg a few weeks back , so i know its very easy for them to get tangled when playing, wishing him a wonderful home :) He is soooo cute ! |
Good luck in find him a home. He's gorgeous. Hope he feels better soon. |
I am so sorry that Peanut got hurt :( I know that you have been searching for the perfect home for him for a while now... I hope you are able to find his forever home soon so he doesn't get hurt again. Good luck. Wish we were closer! |
Aww Peanut is so precious, I work during the day and don't live in the area but I would love to take him in :) I hope he finds a great home!! |
Oh my gosh he's adorable I know it will be hard for you to find him the perfect mama but she's out there. My heart goes out to you he's a sweetie just by his pics you can just tell. I just took in a rescue a few weeks ago and at her vet wellness check yesterday she's only 3.6lbs and has gained since I got her almost 2 weeks ago. If she didn't need total one on one I'd be lining up as a mommy candidate because you will have so many people who will just want to love him beyond words. I have a good friend facing a rough time with her dog jazzie right now whose mammary cancer has returned but she is in florida. I will tell her about him since just yesterday she was saying seeing my bravery taking another dog under my wing so quick...made her realize that she should do the same and that her guardian angel would guide her to a perfect healing fit. Please put her in your thoughts the vet gave them a few days to absorb the bad news and she's having such a rough time at the thought of losing her precious baby. |
He is so precious. Sent you a PM for more details. Hope his leg get better quickly. |

He is precious. Wishing him the best in finding a new furever home. |
so glad to hear his little leg is getting better. my sister went ape over his picture since he poses exactly the same way her maltese joey does and they actually look like twins except for the coloring. I am shocked she didn't ask to be put in line as a mommy candidate even though she lives in canada. big house no kids one smaller dog and hers goes to my moms on the days of the week her hubby is not off work. She even takes her into work with her at the doctors office when mom has appointments. gosh we sounds like wacky parents but I guess it goes along with our dogs are our children too part. |

I suppose, in a way, we are fortunate to know, because it gives us time, to attempt to prepare for their Crossing the Bridge, and every day they are still with us, is a blessing. I will keep your friend and her precious Jazzie, in my prayers. Sheila |
hugs and prayers to you as well its rough. I used to think of it a lot with my binky who was 11 and I figured we still had plenty of time together and she suddenly got sick almost a month ago and I lost her. I am helping my friend through this like she helped me when I had cope when my husband was terminally ill with cancer for over 4 years....one day at a time is the only way to get through it. she has been rock over the last almost 6 years since he passed but Binky was also my rock. These little furbabies know something isn't right she was amazing while my hubby was ill she pretty much never left his side he actually fired two physical therapists and a nurse because she didn't like them and they didn't think she was the cutest thing on earth. They are special little souls and finding them a home where people know that is so important to their well being. |

Yes, they are special little souls. I am so sorry for loss. My husband has been ill, luckly it is treatable, and the love our puppies have for him is priceless!! |

I am so very sorry for your loss of Binky. And for your husband. Yesterday, I attended the funeral of a very dear friend. He and his wife were good friends to my husband & I. And his death was sudden and very unexpected. I am still in shock. I spent two two years in bed, and my tiny Kia never left my side. She is one of the reasons I didn't give up. I'm like your husband was about Binky; love me; love my dog. If my Sydney were not in CRF, I would have adopted Peanut in a heartbeat. He is gorgeous!!!! Someone is going to adopt a real gem. |

Now it's just a matter of finding that perfect home :) |
Good luck. Wish we could take him, but right now we have our hands full! |

Peanut is so precious, and his adoption fee is so very reasonable. I have wanted a Biewer for so very long, and I have wanted a little boy. If Sydney were not in CRF, I would have been at your door, yesterday!!!! I am surprised that no one has snatched him up! God Bless you for first, rescuing him, and now, doing what is best for him. I know it is not easy to give him up. |
Sorry you have to re-home him :( I hope you find him a good home. I'll keep my ears open for someone looking around me. Wish I could get bf to let me take in another. Good luck! |
He is precious and adorable!!! I would totally take him in if I was close...and if I can...I hope his legs recover fast! How big are your babies? Emma is 3-4 lbs and Carmel is 6 lbs, but they don't hurt each other... I'm curious cuz then I know the size limit for my future dog :D |

Thank you...and believe me...if your circumstances were any different I'd leave the porch light on for ya! I know what you are faced with right now...we went through so much with Boog...please know you are in our prayers. |

My girls here are a lot bigger than him...they are 13 and 15 pounds right now I think. He was hurt while playing and it scared us knowing it could have been so much worse. |

You are truly an amazing person! Thank you for keeping us in your prayers. It's going to be so hard to lose Sydney. |

And oh, my word, he is just stunning!!!! |
Good luck rehoming him!! He's adorable:) |
I'm so sorry but wanted to say how commendable of you to do what is right for him! Sometimes you can have a yorkie and a Great Dane together, sometimes a big Yorkie can't be homed with a small Yorkie-it's all about the situation...I think that you are doing the right thing finding a home in which he'll be safe and will best suit him. |
Aww, he is just soooo adorable!! He has such a sweet face!! I hope he finds a wonderful forever home soon!! How is his leg doing? It all depends on how each dog's personality is and how they handle themselves. My smallest is 3lbs, and my biggest that I will allow them to play with anyways is my 25lb cocker. Hershey is so little and I know I worry about him getting hurt all the time but he is one tough little guy. He's been ran over a few times but just keeps on going. It is so funny how the smallest ones have the biggest personality and don't realize how small they really are. |
My little monkey boy is almost good as new but I'm still keeping him in his kennel to give him time to be 100% again. I feel so guilty and when he sits there in his 'room' and stares at me...well, let's just say he can really give you a case of the guilts! |

I'm glad Peanut's little leg is almost as good as new. He is so darn gorgeous! |
