ETA: Lucy never mentioned dinner... She said she had no plans and I could come any time after 3 when the tile guy would be done installing the tile. |

Sorry, don't buy it......Anyone that says she's rescuing dogs and thinks it's ok to breed rescues is beyond words. Anyone breeding dogs, unaware of their background is only adding more dogs to the rescue statistics........Geez, what's wrong with people now days. |

You people know you can be banned for having duel identities, don't you? |
.... reading another thread I saw that most reputable breeders wont have a litter around this time. When is usually a good time to find a puppy? I just thought it would be easier around this time to find one with all the selection... |

One cannot "take great care" of their rescues if they plan on breeding them. And, you do, by your own admission. That is reprehensible. Rescuing dogs (I'm assuming from another BYB or puppy mill) is supposed to get dogs OUT of breeding by getting spayed/neutered and adopted into loving homes. |
Now I'm confused...this is what you said in post#7 on the first page: >>I dont have to have show quality, but I am not willing to settle for unhealthy or off standard.<< But now you say you want a mentor for showing? If you really want a puppy for showing and that's what the mentor is for then why wouldn't you be looking for a show quality puppy? |

Well you find your breeder first. I know that you may live in an area where that is not so easy to do. But go to ytca.org and or talk to some more folks on here, and or go to shows in the state of Utah and meet in person the breeders. |
