I need help!! Flea problem!!!

Ok, I have 3 dogs, german shepard, boxer, and of course a Yorkie. I haven't had my yorkie but almost 2 weeks now. We haven't long been in the house that we are in and have discovered that our backyard has horrible fleas. Well my other dogs go outside and have brought them in my house. And what makes me so mad is i put the advantix on them both. My baby is to young to put anything on him. I'm not sure what else to do and what is a safe way to do it. I've been giving my yorkie pup if nothing other then a water bath every 2 days. I vacuum every single day. I have even shampooed the carpet. I've heard of the house bombs, but i wasn't sure how they worked or if they even did work. My main problem is they are on all my furrbabies, there is advantix on my older dogs and i can't put anything on my baby. It's heart breaking, and not sure what else i should do....
I've heard of the Confortis pill which i'm seriously thinking of trying but i'm not sure if i can go ahead and give it to them since they just got more of the advantix about 2 weeks ago. And then that still leaves my baby unprotected...
