Need to vent!!!
 
I have the guy here right now who is intalling all my window treatments and blinds and all that good stuff. So till he got situated, I put my boys in the bathroom, so I let them out since he is working now. They were sitting with me here on the couch, and he came around the corner and saw them. Said-"OH I was wondering why they quit barking. Well- if one of em get stepped on and they get hurt-its not my responsibilty. I DO NOT pay attention to animals when I work and I will hurt them if they get in my way!" GGggrr--what the he%#!!! They were sitting here with me and not even bothering him! What an idiot!!! I am going to complain about him!!!! That ticked me off!!! So now the boys have to be stuck in the bathroom and have been barking the whole time. Then he had the nerve to ask me when will they quit barking?? Can I smack him???

It'd tell him to just do his job & shut the hell up. An DEFINETLY complain to the company about him. That's just plain rude. Oh yeah you can kick him in the nuts also. :)

Oh trust me!!! He knows I am not a happy customer right now!!!! But I do want him to install everything correctly!! So I have to wait to be super bitchy!!!!!

That's a tough one! Hopefully he is done, you gave himm a good piece of your mind and he will not ever come back. I would definitely complain to the highest person you can reach in the company and maybe even file a complaint with the BBB! I cannot stand people like that! Of course it would be HIS fault if he hurt one of them!!! :mad:

Ok-- So I couln't take the barking any more!!! So I put them on their leashes so I have control of them and they are sooo much happier now!!!!! They are just laying here with me, watching him, but starting to fall asleep!!! I still want to smack him!!!

Ok, 1st off it is YOUR house, not his and you are paying for him to get a job done, not express his opinion or dislike of the situation.

I would have told him to pack his crap back up and leave, then I'd call the company and request someone else do the work instead, explaining that the man had no cooth or respect for their customers and that he should not be doing "housecalls" because it is poor representation for their company. If the owner gives you flack then cancel the order and take your business elsewhere. If they care about customer service then they should be willing to comply w/ your request and maybe even discount the labor charges for installation.

It just p*@$! me off the way people are so rude now a days!! It's one thing to have to put up w/ this in public somewhere...but in YOUR OWN HOME?!?!?!!! How dare he!! :mad:

I agree with you all. Although, even large men can be scared to death of dogs, even tiny ones. So he was either rude or scared. Either way, I'm sorry for that happening to you.
