Timetells, what was your point in referencing her husband's career? love1yorkie, the puppy we were looking at wasn't a girl, but a boy. Yes, we were disappointed that while your puppy was adorable, he obviously had something wrong with him. No vet papers, no registration papers, nothing was offered to us except for the puppy itself in your "deal" so of course we walked away disappointed! Like I replied to you in your private message you sent me, I did not come on here to bash you. In my original post I never mentioned your kennel name nor the store's name until a YorkieTalk member specifically asked. You told me in your private message that I should be ashamed but I'm not. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. If you are so well decorated, my post will not tarnish your reputation. |

The only thing I apologize for is bringing up the fact that the puppy was a boy not a girl. I misread your post. You meant to say "here" I'm guessing but wrote "her" instead. |
And Another thing........ Our kennel absorbed and rescued the largest ever Animal cruelty/animal hoarding case ever in Palo Alto this year..google it. We rescued 50 dogs and cats and re-homed every one of them at our own cost. Palo Alto reached out to us (because an officer met us at an event and I am the only USDA kennel certified to testify in abuse cases about the space requirement for animals) Every animal was to be Euthanize d and our family went above and beyond the call to PAY for the care and boarding of the animals until we could get them well. So MAY 27th we leased another private kennel and transported 27 Yorkie/maybe yorkie mixxes and 23 persian cats riddled with mange and ringworm. We spent $14,780.00 of our own money treating bad teeth, bleeding mouths, open sores and two pregnant yorkies(guess where Louie came from) My beautiful 19 yr.old daughter Alex slept overnight the first two weeks at the kennel with two of my other nieces and my sister's Stephanie and Golda watching over these babies with the help of Turlock veterinary and Sonora veterinary (who donated discounted vet care )(GOD BLESS them) My beautiful daughter gave herself blood poisoning accidentally because she must have inhaled some of the ringworm while trying to shave and dip 50 animals with volunteers. She was sick for 2 weeks from giving 24 hr care to these poor babies that had never been out of a cage. back to LOUIE~ he was the only survivor in one of the litters born to the rescue dog. When the "FEELING Guilty quoted the dog had no records ..she is sadly mistaken or just heard something she wanted too(again the martyr)because there has never been a more miracle puppy born into a better situation. Louie had more documentation than any dog I know........I just said quote -unquote that he did not have "papers" meaning AKC and that I cannot certify his long term health because he is a rescue puppy. Which is true. All the rescues now have been spayed and neutered and re-homed at a great loss but huge satisfaction to all the people involved. We held a massive rescue event and many people were on the list were surprised to get stacks of vet records with every dog. I personally help Louie back and molly coddled him because he was so small and special. It would have been a feeding frenzy and no adult yorkies would have gotten adopted if Louie had been at the adoption event. So, when I saw the sweet couple a week or two later in OCTOBER(that makes Louis about 11 weeks old) I thought to myself... this looks like a very nice home for hhim. They were not even looking for a dog but looked very well to do. I jokingly approached them and they did not even seem serious. Gosh, was i more wrong. They came back too late because Louie was gone to one of my older customers who was standing close by when I showed him to the couple. As soon as they left Marge jumped on me (as i knew most people would) and begged for him. Honestly, I have thousands into these dogs that I will never re-coup but I also threw in about a hundred dollars worth of Innova food and some very expensive clothing and a carrier...I feel very proud of our serious commitment to our animals but to call me a pet store when I'm not is ridiculous and rude and just Sinister. ya know, sometimes when i work at my sisters flower nursery i take a playpen of puppies to her store...does that make her a pet store? Sometimes when I work at my dad's Ford tractor repair shop, I take the playpen of puppies and let customers pet them and hand out card too...does that make it a pet shop? hm maybe. I've never bought, sold or shipped a dog in my life. But it is my recipe how I show and exhibit and socialize my dogs and I am a tax paying citizen and I take better care of my animals and they live better than 99% of the humans walking this earth. I get to show my little dogs in a boutique that sits right next to Versace and Ann Taylor because I am the BEST at what I do...so stuff that in your pipe and smoke it . To everyone else, C'mon down and meet my family and some of the very prettiest nice pups in the bay. They are my pride and joy and I do everything I do in the light of DAY...nothing SHADY. But buyer beware..I'm one tough cookie and these are my babies. ...the writer is just mad that when they came back and said 'we'll take it , " it was tooooo late. ha ha too bad , so sad..I'm glad. See what kind of whiners they turned out to be and all the hub bub they tried to cause . I rescued 50 animals this year and if you google my name .. this is the crap that comes up. BTW...I did it for the love of the dogs not zealous people like you. |

I thought if you were on the USDA list you couldn't keep any animals in the house? (this is just something I read, not sure it's true though). However, you see your yorkies as in investment. meaning you MAKE MONEY OFF OF THEM. :thumbdown:thumbdown:thumbdown:thumbdown On your yelp page, you have 4 reviews, but 10 filtered reviews. I looked at the filtered reviews. Almost all of them had only one or two reviews, giving you a full five stars. AND you reviewed yourself! which is a violation against yelp rules and it got deleted. Why are you threatening a LAWSUIT against the reviewer who reviewed you negatively? Why don't you right what is wrong with them? They said they would update the review if you would work with them but you haven't. directly from yelp: Quote:

man I am glad i found that review! |
becaue 1 customer out od 25 yrs. doesn't deserve a responce. Note: That this customer says she thinks and feels...not that she has anything wrong with her puppy.. Thgis nutcase tried to blackmail me into giving her a FREE puppy by threatening to post something negative about me...he pup is gorgewous,, she left her shot record at the store and never came back for it. No one leaves with a pup without records.....no one. This goofball lady got told off and told where to go. And yes, blackmail is aginst the law.....what would you do if a customer said..my husband thinks $750.00 is too much for a puppy and I think we should have only paid $300 . then you get this...I feel, I beleive crap.. NO she bought the dog..she did not save it. She was a idiot looking to put her hand in my pocket....so a better thread is ..How about hose crazy customers and the stuff they try to pull on us? I have a few of those stories that are really funny! Oh and Yes, I did try my hand at Brusslels Griffons one year but they weren't really hardly pups...so I do a litter once a year I call Brussorkies and Man are they cute! And yes, You can keep pups in your home under 4 months...our kennel is at the family ranch 2 hrs from the city... we live in the city.... wow, what a sad world it is when people have nothing better to do than pick on people. merry Christmas to you all..humbugs...lol! I forgive you for you know not what you say. I gotta go now, I have three really beautiful babies I just bathed and i have to blowdry and groom them to go to their new happy owners...It's time to head off to Tahoe with our HUGE family and enjoy the season. Dogs and all......goin to the snow! Quote:
|
yeah, note she says she has a healthy pup..... A better thread is ..How about those customers that act like they saved a dog when they really BOUGHT a dog and wished they could have had it for free.....threatening blackmail is against the law and I will and can sue anyone who tries to act like they can get away with it. She got a gorgeous yorkie-poo from MY mom(not me) and forgot her records and wrote us to say she wanted a pup for $300 not a penny more and if we did not give her a refund she would ruin us.....I told her Oh please try and I'll sue you . 1 yelp in a few decades....fine. We're cool with the many happy people who KNOw and love us. Merry Christmas. |

then re-read the YELP review and notice What was she wanting? What does she need? Was the pup unhealthy? The YELP lady was "perfectly happy with her little boy"? then what do you supposed she wanted that i could give her except a FREE puppy? C'mon. Anyone who has ever sold a pup has NIGHTMARE customer stories....I know I have a couple that you just cannot make happy short of coming over to their house and poop scooping their yard and mowing their grass.....Are there any real people out here in this blog that are actually human? jump in anytime folks...Merry Christmas. |
awwwwwwwww |
she bought the pup.........then wanted to return and after being so demanding insisted on then after coming to my house. She was a nutcase..i told her to KICK rocks with her weird personality. Her pup is gorgeous and healthy...did she say anything nice? Nope because she was just hung up on being hateful and aggressive......who needs to deal with those kinds? Not me. She bought a puppy and she'sd like people to think she saved him......not funny. |
BTW...Merry Christmas to all and feel LIFE"s Abundance food because it is simply the best. We really like INNOVA too but you can buy Life's Abundance online from Page Not Found. No fillers and super great ingredients...poo poo smells less too. Do a taste test and see how much your dogs love it..makes their coats super shiny and keeps their teeth really clean...Happy Holidays..muah xoxox |
Merry Christmas & Bless you all. |
I am actually confused by the attack on the original poster. She said she felt guilty about talking her bf's brother out of purchasing the puppy. If a puppy is displaying out of the ordinary symptoms, even the breeder said he was a little spastic, and the breeder offers the puppy without papers should not you be a little careful? The breeders friends say the check out who gets their puppies so should not a new owner check out the breeder as well? I checked out the yelp reviews too. There are many happy customers who said that the breeder helped them with health issues. So why did the breeder family not explain the spastic condition better or offer have it cleared by a vet before final purchase? If the problem was not serious why not inform the original poster person here on YT that they were incorrect and explain to them why the puppy acts spastic. Then the poster and other owners would be more knowledgeable about the condition in case other puppies have it. I never saw once in the original post any accusation just questioning whether they did the right thing. Instead of correcting them about it they were accused of slander. Also in yelp you were going after someone with a lawyer who posted a negative review but who seemed to be willing to work with the breeder. I also wondered when the poster mentioned the dog there was confusion about which dog. Is that because more than one dog has this problem since I saw somewhere the father had it so it must be passed on to your litters. I am not attacking the breeder as I do not have the knowledge of good breeding practices. I am just questioning why the original poster was attacked not educated. |

thank you for all fairness he was a rescuer pup with all documentation..no pup leaves us without vet checks/records/ we are very professional. The original poster was mistaken. What was said is ..this is a rescue pup for $350.00. Not one of mine but a pup born into our kennel on a huge rescue effort, I cannot guarantee the long term health ...but vet checks say he is perfect. All pups too young to spay/neuter get back a $250.00 rebate for spaying/neutering..so that made the pup $100.00 after all was said and done. Had he been a registered pup he would have been at least $1500.00 ..he is gorgeous but not one of my bloodlines. he is happy healthy and doing wonderful... thanks for caring. |
