My boys don't know the difference between planes, thunder, fireworks. They bark at them all. No fear though thank goodness! :) So where you are from there are fireworks there a lot this time of year? The only time we really see them is 4th of July and New Years Eve (and that is not a definite either) |

We celebrate Guy Fawkes here, its on the 5th of November but usually start around halloween and go on till new year. But most are at Guy Fawkes. |
Bubba is terrified of them. He shakes so hard and tries to hide. If he can't find a place to hide he sits on my lap and shakes (thunder and lightening scare him also). Sissy, well, they interfere with her napping. |
Just last night just minutes after going outside with Rizzo, someone set off some fireworks right behind my house, needless to say he was inside and in his crate shaking like crazy in seconds. My poor little guy, he's normally not affected by them, as I stated before, but they were so close and went off so randomly they caught him off guard, took me a couple hours to convince him he needed to go outside to potty, but he's back to normal now. :D Good luck with Poppy this season. |
