I would just wait until the vet appointment & then make a decision. You should make sure the vet checks for an open fontanel. The vet should check that anyway, but to be sure you can mention it as a concern you have. Open fontanels can close over time, but some may remain open. |
Can you go with the breeder to the vets? That way you will hear what he/she has to say with your own ears and you can ask questions directly. A lot of information gets lost in transit. |

I agree as well, go with her to the Vet. If you could get an earlier appt, but she couldn't??? What else is she keeping from you? |
since the vet bill would have been super expensive, the breeders grandmother offered to pay for and keep her, i took the other female dog who is just as sweet. she ran right to me and started licking me. i knew she was mine. |
that lump was HARD, it felt like bone sticking out. idk what that is. but she definitely needs to be seen. i'm glad she'll receive the care she needs. |
Aww that's a great happy ending. You know Hazel # 1 will be cared for and in a good home and you got a just as wonderful baby who loves you. Are you going to chose a different name or keep Hazel as her name? |

How come you have ignored eveyment about your puppy leaving it's mom too early? I just went through the whole thread and each time it was mentioned you totally ignored it. Your puppy shouldn't be leaving it's mother at 8 weeks!! |
yes i am going to keep the same name Hazel because i already had name tags printed out. lol, but i loveee the name. so yes shes Hazel Rayne! |
