| A big thank you! I don't remember where I read it on the forum, but somewhere I read about swaddling your fur baby to help them with anxiety. I gave it a try with my Sammie and it's worked beautifully! Ever since my husband and I came back from vacation, Sammie wouldn't sleep on the bed with us. I'd pick him up, put him on the bed and he would sit for a minute and then just run and jump off. I'd find him trembling in the closet or under my dresser. Then saw the recommendation about swaddling, and I always say that I'll try anything once (especially if it might help Sammie). Sammie has been sleeping through the night on the bed with us again because of swaddling and I can't thank the person who recommended it enough. In the short time that I have been using yorkietalk.com it's been such a blessing, for me and Sammie, to have the support and information I get here. Thank you! |
