And I ask for evidence because my English isn't the best and I wouldn't know what to look for, I would be very easily duped and wouldn't know what is good source, not to be deliberately obtuse.

Okay, if you don't want to prove your point because 'you lazy' don't expect anyone to think you're not just lying for your own agenda or expect anyone to think you can see both sides of argument.

If you intend on posting some helpful article for me and coming back sans the attitude, I be more than happy to answer all your questions. :)


Danielle, I know you love Cody and will do what best for him. It's relly good to hear you has all these options, as I misunderstood when you said there was only two. I know you'll do what is best for him! :aimeeyork

How was the handler at this time treating the dog? What methods did they take to ensure the dogs reaction and adaptation to the situation? How did they interact with the dog during the time when it was still stressed? Answer me this...then we'll talk.

That my friend is your problem! Here in lies the issue! Dogs should not be babied because of their breeding or genetics. They are all dogs just as much as we are all humans. Dogs do not differ in thought mode because of where they came from. I am willing to bet you $100 bucks that the only 'issue' Cody will develope if any is separation anxiety. I'm dead serious. I am willing to bet cash- and I don't even bet.

Your last paragraph was just...wow.

Many members including myself, believe our yorkies ARE our babies. For you to make a comment like that is pretty rude considering you are on a YORKIE forum where members chat and share stories about our beloved yorkie babies!

A lot of the teenage mothers I know are having the baby stay with there parents, visiting when allowed (breaks, traveling back and forth if permitted, etc).

I like that we can disagree and still get along, set an example and show the older persons here teenagers can maturely disagree! :D

Again, one has to do what one has to do, but whether it makes it the right choice for the parties involved is a different story. A child should have their mother & father involved in their life. An education is very important, but your children & their well being always come first, same with ones pets!

Sometimes things don't always go as we plan or intended. Life can takes us places we never planned on. When i had my daughter 27 years ago I never imagined that I would become the sole support and would have to leave her with my mother, aunts and uncles on some over nites and work double shifts in order to do what was best for us. It wasn't the ideal situation or one that I ever wanted, however it all worked out. I think to take the time to come up with a game plan is a very responsible and caring action to take. It may not be the ideal situation or what the OP planned on but it is possible for all to work out.

Well if I don't get an education, me and Cody won't have much of a future. I'm only interested in what is best for my Codykins & I.

Look at VomLeo, she lived with her grandfather for many years (this I know) and is now back with her mother, whom she loves and adores dearly and I have to admit and love her mom too :p

Not implying that you don't absolutely love Cody.....just hoping that some of the advice given might enlighten you to explore other avenues so that Cody can be a part of the next stage of your life as well, after all you are him momma!

Yeah, you can call it that as well. Fits the description a lot better than what I put. Cudos. Seriously...why? I really did mean the post to be informative and firm. However if you would like it to be twisted then by all means have fun reading it over and over again.

I total understand, I very upset when my friend say 'It your fault Terry stabbed.' I don't think anyone here means you are bad owner though!

Lol I don't think you can compare human to dog in that regard, as much as I loathe to admit. VomLeo would have understood why she was being shifted around. I think Cody will just think, Oii, where did my puppy friend go? hehe
