| ugh. I emailed to follow up and they said they have just finished reviewing and they may have found her forever home already. I'm happy she'll have a home but it doesn't even seem like they even called our references or did anything with our application at all.

| Donating YT 500 Club Member  | Awe - sorry to hear, but the same thing happened to me with my first attempt to adopt. Shortly afterwards I found Bridget - and I wouldn't trade her for anything!! Maybe it just wasn't the right one and the one you're meant to have is just waiting to be found by you! I know this doesnt' make it any easier and it's very disappointing - but good things come to those who wait!! The next one will be the perfect one!

| So sorry to hear that your adoption fell through. I always think of the relationship with my Yorkie as being like a marriage.....I mean, these little guys live a really long time! Come to think of it, with good health care my Daisy should live much longer than my marriage lasted, LOL! My point is that when it is meant to be, it will be. Just hang in there, the right puppy will find you eventually! Best wishes............
