I will have to wait until June 1. But I do have an idea that I have seen on other websites. I suggest that you have some sort of smilie or special signature line that folks can use with a link to this thread. That way, every time someone posts other readers will notice this thread. Some of us tune out stickies after a while, even exciting stickies like this one.

Thanks for your suggestion! We do have one sticky thread which lists the prizes and details of the raffle, as well as one non-sticky thread in the General forum.

Totally know what you mean. I tune out stickies because they almost never apply to me and I just scroll past thinking they were the same ones there last week (last month, last year..lol).

We could just put the link to this thread in our siggys with arrows and such.

Here is what I am talking about -- see my signature line. The only problem is that I am not allowed to put the URL for this thread in my signature, maybe because I am a new member. I used to participate on the mothering.com board and they had a special smilie for the Holiday Helper thread and encouraged everyone to put it in their signature line. It blinked red and green and generated a lot of extra hits to that thread.

If everyone participating on this thread goes to the User CP and edits their signature to mention this thread, more people might look at it.

That's a great idea! I took your advice and added the url, but the URL itself is a little funky. I couldn't find a way to make it shorter.
