Thank You YT For Being There For Me During This Time 4 Attachment(s) I am just so amazed at how everyone here is so kind and supportive. It really means the world to me. For those that may not know, I lost my Brandi suddenly last Tuesday due to a DHPP vaccine. You can read her original thread here: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/mem...y75s-pain.html I have received numerous messages and well wishes, and although I could not respond to them all, please know that they are getting me through this very difficult time. In addition to all the messages, some people even chipped in to send me flowers at work, and yesterday I received a beautiful memorial gift, and also a gift certificate to buy my girl a rose bush for our garden. I will be making a memorail spot for her in our yard - where she just loved to play. A speical thank you to the following members who have sent donations: Admin, 107Barney, jencar98, JMuedog, Megansmomma, Linda44, Roseslevi, Sugarmamma, Quicksilver, FuFuFashions, Wylie's Mom, Lisa and Pic, alaskayorkie, Ivy Lucille, Sherrijmkassie, Mom To Hot Rod, and mimimomo. I think a memorial spot in your garden is such a beautiful idea, I love that. I'm glad the gifts provide a bit of comfort during this time. Brandi was a special girl, and she will always be here with us on YT. HUGS. |
Ohhhh myyyyy :( :( I am feeling so sad for you now....what a devestating thing to go through. I know time and words will not take away the pain but I hope they soften the hurt for you and your other furbabies! I pray that Lucky lives forever, but that's impossible.....I will also find myself here someday depending on the kind thoughts and words of the people here. It's much more than just a forum....it's a family!!! Feel happier soon......kizzes and cuddles! |

im so sorry for your loss. my heart aches for u i know what is like to loose a baby i still miss my roxanne the sweetest puppy but in the end i know they would want us to be happy and just remember the good times it took me 2 yrs to get another puppy (bunny) it felt weird at first cuz i miss roxy so much but i know roxy would have wanted me to be happy. trying to do for bunny everything i can, you will always have us and ur memories. I think the garden spot is a great idea. |

Stacy, Thanks for posting the pictures of the gifts. I know how much you loved Brandi and how hard this has been on you. I still can't believe she is gone, and we are very sad. Time, my dear, is all that helps. |

Stacy, I just read the other thread - and thus was directed to this one... and not with a dry eye, I might add. I am so sorry - and shocked - to hear about this! Thank you so much for sharing your story and hence, this important information - I know it couldn't possibly have been easy for you! Your open heart has most likely saved someone else's heart being from being wrung with the same issue. I admire you for your strength in sharing details that clearly must be difficult to deal with. Thank you! I hope you take some comfort in the knowledge that you have such a wonderful community here - as witnessed by the lovely gestures in this thread. You must know that we are all offering up our sincerest and most heartfelt condolences.
