I did some more investigating... and she has been adding items to her shop in very recent days... I was starting to get worried about her and wanted to see if she was active anywhere... so hopefully now that you have sent an email you will get a response... otherwise I would make sure you file the paypal claim within the 45 days. hey there !! I sell (not hot selling item) but still sell ....and wanted to state that as long as she is in touch with you I bet you'll receive your product ! My problem lately has been "life' things (work - my youngest son etc) interferring with my normal shipping plus computer issues with my printer but I TRY to always keep the buyer informed....and will promptly respond to them if contacted my last few orders have been much slower than usual going out but I'm getting back on track. One thing is don't ignore anyone and be honest if late on shipping. Most people will understand (I hope!) If she's been in touch with you - then you're already ahead - if you're being ignored than that's a whole nother animal edited to add - I've been here forever making custom labels using your pictures - this is the first time I've been behind in my orders - no excuses but I do apologise to my 'buyers' |
The key is communication. If something is going on with his/her personal life..thats normal we all have our ups and downs but I ALWAYS keep the line of communication open. If I know its not going to work out Im honest and let the customer know and refund the $$ asap. |
Is there any information about shipping times on the website? Is this a custom order or something that has to be ordered from the company first? If so, it might take a little longer, but that information should be on the website so customers know upfront how long to expect to wait. If it were me, I wouldn't wait 45 days. I'd file a Paypal dispute in 30 days. The seller will be notified and she will have to respond. Assuming it is not a custom item, if you get a refund you can purchase the item elsewhere. |
