What do I do???? I don't what to do because I bought a product here on YT and the seller NEVER sent it to me and I keep emailing her and there hasn't been any reply. I also just realized yesterday that she never asked for my address and she already took the money through paypal. I sent her my address yesterday...it's been 2 weeks...what do I do?? She has a lot of GOOD reviews...and she was actually recommended in one of the threads, which is why I bought it from her! :confused::confused: P.S. I don't want to say who yet because I still hope that I'd get my stuff... |
You need to speak up and ask her for either your money back or the product. If she wont answer you in private then I would ask her here in this open forum. Sounds like you have given her plenty of time. JMO |
Do you know who recommended her? Maybe you could PM them and get some advice. Also, did you try and PM her here, or just through email? About the address... most of the sellers I have dealt with dont ask for my address either because they get it through paypal. Is that how you paid her? Edit: meant to add... is it a custom item? they will sometimes take longer. |
Your paypal account should automatically give her the shipping address you have with your paypal account. In the end if you do have problems you can also file a complaint with paypal but I would give her the time to respond. Did you email her? |
Yes I emailed her several times and got no reply, which is the root of my concern. However, I will give her more time. I just talked to another member who have bought from her before and she said that she got her stuff around two weeks or so *crosses fingers* |

Is this a custom made item? They can take awhile. Is there any information on her website about shipping time? Are you emailing her through her website or pm'ing her here on YT? Some YT sellers aren't on here regularly. Paypal requires sellers to ship the item within 7 days of payment. Since she hasn't shipped it yet, Paypal will refund your money if you file a dispute. |
if another member suggested her to you and she has alot of positive feedback then i would just wait a maybe another week. its possible that she is behind of has personal stuff to deal with that maybe why she has not answered e-mails |
Alright, I don't mind giving more time although it's been 3 weeks since I ordered. Should I find it a precaution that she is NOT answering my emails?!?! I emailed her here SEVERAL times and I her an email on her private email last night (the one I used to send her money through paypal). Still NO reply. I'm getting a little irritated. You have given more than enough time. Have you also checked her profile page to see when was the last time she was on YT? If she has been on since you started emailing her, then it's obvious she is avoiding you. If you have a PM there's no way of not seeing that big yellow rectangle at the top right hand corner. Also, there was a thread a while back about a yter not getting their item they ordered from another yter. The yt seller had a lots of sales previously, but as of late, started not shipping anything. After the yt buyer posted a thread about her not receiving her item, a LOT of other yters came out and said they had problems with her before, but were just afraid to say anything bc of her previous good reviews. Maybe this is like that case. btw that seller is now banned. |

I was just thinking about this the other day and hoping you had gotten your item by now... I am really surprised because this seller has only positive feedback, here and elsewhere... she hasnt been on here in close to a month now per her profile. :confused: |

I did some more investigating... and she has been adding items to her shop in very recent days... I was starting to get worried about her and wanted to see if she was active anywhere... so hopefully now that you have sent an email you will get a response... otherwise I would make sure you file the paypal claim within the 45 days. The key is communication. If something is going on with his/her personal life..thats normal we all have our ups and downs but I ALWAYS keep the line of communication open. If I know its not going to work out Im honest and let the customer know and refund the $$ asap. |
Is there any information about shipping times on the website? Is this a custom order or something that has to be ordered from the company first? If so, it might take a little longer, but that information should be on the website so customers know upfront how long to expect to wait. If it were me, I wouldn't wait 45 days. I'd file a Paypal dispute in 30 days. The seller will be notified and she will have to respond. Assuming it is not a custom item, if you get a refund you can purchase the item elsewhere. |
