I know exactly what you mean! My dogs eat a PMR diet, no kibble here! And I just spent a small fortune on shampoo's and grooming products for them meanwhile I got my shampoo at the dollar store!:rolleyes:

Yup! Uni gets a special shampoo from italy that I just use on her face only :rolleyes: that costs $18 a bottle. I use whatever is on sale at Walmart.

I talked to bf about going on the yorkie diet. Eating only what I would feed Uni. Well that thought quickly died out. I wouldn't be able to eat anything! I stock up on $1 banquet frozen dinners so Uni and Katie can eat their good healthy food! I think they even get baths more often than I do!:eek:

Oooooh, what is it? Shampoo/Conditioner is probably one area where I spend more on myself than Thor. I'm a die hard Bumble & Bumble fan, whereas Buddy Wash works really well for him. I tried more expensive shampoos, but they either left him too dry, or smelled too strong.

Anyway, I would like a tearless shampoo/conditioner for Thor's face. Not that Buddy Wash has been a problem, but it's a good excuse to spend money on him. :D

italian pet spa by prince lorenzo borghesa italian butter milk and honey, or something like that. I just went and looked at the bottle upstairs and now I'm downstairs typing this and my hand smells like it! It's made exclusively for petco, so I guess you'll only find it there. It makes their faces smell soooooo yummy. Even after 4 or 5 days of crustables buildup, just wet their face to clean them up and the smell comes back. Oh and yes it is tearless. :)

Heh. And now it's in my Amazon shopping cart. :D

Shipping is 50% of the cost, so I might have to suck it up and buy it in the store... I hate paying for shipping.

Is there conditioner too? I just see shampoo.

Have not seen conditioner, but that was about a year ago, so I guess the $18 was worth it, and I still got some left... a little bit. Good thing their faces are small. I just downgraded my Boscia ($28) moisturizer to Loreal ($8). Not that there's anythign wrong with Loreal, but you know.... I try to avoid Sephora like the plague now.

Oh, I hate paying for shipping too.

This thread is sad... so sad:D If my dogs ate what I ate they'd be in the hospital all the time. Actually that's a given... No, you know what it is more than anything? I don't want to waste time cooking, I mean it's good when I do cook, but I'd rather be playing with my babies or fixing their food! I'll just grab something quick so I can get back to playing, bathing, brushing and combing!:p

Sometimes though if you think what it costs to run to the store, pay yourself, minus time you lose from doing something you'd rather be doing than running to the store, the extraneous stuff you pick up while you're there, not to mention gas, and being green by staying home... shipping ain't all that bad!:D
